Nice day yesterday for Mannie: blue surf for the AM cycle, and a blue and green combo for last night. Nice! I was able to control the +4 onwards with LC, to keep him in the upper green number. Seems to have done the trick. He is at 202 this morning, a nice start. We are still working on getting him to use the feeder in the morning - silly boy (!) seems to prefer the human touch: ya know - the meow, the pace, the humom fetches, serves (sometimes in bed :roll: ), pets, praises. Forget that in the feeder thing. :lol:

Another morning on non stop purrs. Which of course meant I stop everything and tend to a few head rubs, belly rubs, chin scritches, butt pats. Breffis #1 and #2 consumed, waiting on #3. In the meantime the interior has been hastily secured, the outdoors ignored ( :shock: ) this morning, napping is about to commence. And :lol: :lol: he did check the office area to make sure that my hiking stuff was not out and set to go someplace: a Mannie mandate - you are home today. Ok big guy - your wish is my command.

Enjoy your sunday everyone, and the holiday weekend. I think I shall go for a morning walk to the shore, perhaps a stop in at the coffee shop on the way home for the "good stuff". I hope for a sunny day - at least so far there is no rain. Lookin' good, for a Mannie mandated you are home day.

Great job managing the curve. I hope Mannie is appreciating all of your hard work. Although, it sounds like he wants to keep you working since only being "served" his food seems to be on his agenda. After all, how can a bean refuse all of that kitty attention?

:lol: :lol: they have us so trained don't they Do Lou had me fixing him something at midnight and at 3 last night and the feeder thingy yeah forget that thing and eat on the floor I do not think so he must eat in bed with me now and all these things have happened just since his FD dx yeah he has be soo trained looks like Mannie is starting out nice and those numbers last nite are sure nice like when do you sleep Michelle I so admire you getting the curves at night like you do. Have a nice walk and coffee ~O) ~O) ~O)

Hey Mannie, We're gonna go to the beach again today. Yea! I'm not so sure about jet skiing (my mamabean detests them because they are a danger to loons), but dolphin watching sounds like fun, and surfing!! I hope I don't go deep sea diving, however. See ya later. What shall we grill?

Stu!! DUDE!! I am so there man - it sounds like fun. Tell your bean that I agree with jet skis and what they do to all those critters. I hope we are in a safe area.... Surfing is good, and I hope to have my green board by then, I am blue now, but that's cool. Grillin' - hmmmmmm and let's see. Turkey burgers are always a hit, but my personal fav is shrimp. I wonder if we could catch some fish from the sea? uhhhhhhh what do they have there anyways? See you soon!! ~~ Mannie

Hi Lisa! And Sienne! The boy just does not want to be feeder fed in the morning - better to wait on them hand and foot... I will prevail however! yeah sure, huh.... Such a pain, and I hope he caves. :lol:

Walk was great - low tide this morning, so I was able to walk on out pretty far. it is kinda cool when that happens. heron were out this morning, and I was able to watch some of them fish the low tides - they love those flounder.

and a 166 @ +5.5, OK - will be continue and have another slidage (haha: love that word), or are we going up. We shall see. In the meantime he has taken off to the beach, grillin' stuff in tow, several boards with him so he has all bases covered. Muttered something about going to see the dolphins. :shock: lucky boy!

OW! a 318 at PMPS - ok..... not too sure where that came from, but hope it leaves as quickly as it got there... well maybe not quick, but gone would be good.

The sun finally made an appearance today - of course that meant that Mannie had to be out in it. He found a old comforter I had left on the deck table, decided it was the perfect spot for a little sunbathing. :shock: more like face bathing....

Hi Sienne - most assuredly! and with a 117 @ +3, and an 80 point drop in one hour, he was bumped up to HC. one happy dude: he got he good stuff with that yummy gravy.

so... looks like we will check again at +4. Surf Mannie, OK?

Grab that surfboard, Mannie! That photo is too cute. Wouldn't it be fun if the feeders allowed you to record messages? A couple minutes out, it would say "just a second, Mannie, I'm getting the food out!" and then they'd hear you crack open a can of food and give praises? We should get on that! :)

Hey guys - I think we are floating gently - love that analogy - 80 @ +5.75. I am going to bed.. DH will feed again at +8, I think we should be OK.
