Hi Heather, I agree. It’s interesting that she’s not bouncing like she used to. At least not as high. Pinks and reds are more sporadic (anti jinx)
I wonder if it’s because she’s not going as low, then she’s not bouncing as high. Or is she just finally becoming somewhat regulated???
I certainly don’t have any actual answers. Only know what I’m seeing. Shrug.
But I’ll take it. It’s a constant tinkering, isn’t it? We’ve been in the FD world 2 years now :blackeye:

It's so weird - you can be doing all the things you've already been doing, making all the minor tweaks, and then all of sudden, something seems to click and things even out some. Just scrolling through her SS the change to mostly blues and greens is lovely to see.

We had some nice action yesterday am cycle :cool::D and then a brief stint at Pmps and then she eventually climbed as that night progressed. I was able to sleep in bed, which is always a treat.

Plan today is to install a new Libre. Always hoping she behaves well :cat:

Well it must have worked because I installed the new sensor, Ivy behaved like a very good girl.
Then I saw the dreaded message on my phone that the old sensor had stopped working ( I think because she has been lingering inlow numbers all day long, we killed the sensor) :banghead::banghead:

It's so great when she stays low.....but then we fry the sensors. Soooo frustrating! And costly, of course.

I hope you and Binie are doing well and she's feeling better. Sending you both hugs back:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Staci,

I am so glad it worked to install the new sensor, especially as the old one stopped suddenly! I never had the problem, that lows killed Binies sensor but of course we never had numbers like Ivy does. Do you call Abbot and try to get a new one? Have you heard about the new libre 3, which has 15 days? I just read it and wondered, if it is worth it.

I really hope Ivy becomes steady during the day and she lets you sleep tonight. Even though she seems to pay back for your night on the couch with affection and love I can imagine the bed must be nice too.... :) I send you a big hug! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I was not aware of the newer Libre 3 Plus. I will have to research that, thanks Heike!

Tomorrow I will remove the old one. Only so much fussing in one day she can handle.

Headed out to meet friends for dinner. Fed 9.25%. DH is on deck to make sure she eats snacks. Let’s see how this goes :rolleyes:

I will test it Staci! :) I always wonder why you need a prescription in the US. There is no harm you can do with it, isn't it?
