Happy Tuesday!

Today is babysitting day for me and I currently have a few minutes. Both Racci & DGS are taking naps. It's one of those gray rainy days again. Racci seems to feel fine today, ate all her breffists, slept on her nanner, cuddled, all except the poop which hasn't come yet. Yesterday was blue. I'd like to see high greens today. I still need to get her treats which is causing a problem in her bg's. They are 13% - high but for some reason don't affect her bgs too much where others do. I'm going to have to go all the way to the vet to get them or order on line though. Can't make it today so will have to do it tomorrow. :YMSIGH:

I'm out watering the flower beds today.

I'd call ahead on the vet to make sure they have your treats in stock so you could order online if needed.

Would you come surf with Shadow today, Racci?

Yay, the sun came out! I'm going to have to wake the little guy so we can get some time outside before the rain comes again. I'd love to send you some of this weather Rhiannon! My grass is finally green.

Yes, I better call them today so I can order online today if I need to. I wasn't even thinking that they might be out of it. Racci said she's going to try to stay with Shadow today. :smile:

Hi Jane, Yes, Racci has been Starting the day off green and then going up to blue since her real low day 3 days ago. Maybe it's her form of bouncing or it could be the normal treats. It's good to see you too Jane!

I better wake Mr. Sleeping Beauty up or he won't sleep for his mom tonight. TTYL! :razz:

Nice numbers - we're so jealous! :-D We have an icky overcast day here so the felines are hiding in corners and whatnot instead of searching sunbeams. Poor spoiled babies!

Racci saw a little more green today than the past few days which was nice. :razz: We had a quiet lazy day. The weather was so gray that it made us sleepy and dgs wound up taking a nap, which is unusual & didn't want to get up. When I finally got him up for lunch we played some computer games and then my son was there to get him so the day went really fast. I wound up falling asleep also then & woke to a messy Racci! She had some kinnd of lb mishap and there were footprints and it was on her tummy, feet, thighs, butt, what a mess! So we had to go thru the whole traumatic process of cleaning her and as much of a brushing as I could do at the moment. Now she's knotted again! :YMSIGH: :? ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile It will take a week of little by little working on her to get the knots out again. What a night!

We had that icky weather too, Lisa. We did get a couple of hours of sun but then it stormed again.

Sorry about the LB mishap, but Racci 's doing great with today's cycles!

Hi Helen,

Racci's spreadsheet is pretty with all the blue & green, isn't it? (anti-jinx) I hate to even think the thought for fear of jinxing it. It would be great if I could lower her dosage at the same time but that seems to be much harder for her. I've got her this far but this seems to be her stumbling block as far as going lower. We've tried several times but just can't get past this point. I'll have to do something different to get elow this dose. Thanks Helen. :-D

Oh no, LB disaster! Funny (although messy) story. When we first brought Leo in, he was an outside cat and understood the litterbox right away, but wasn't really into this whole "grooming" thing. I think he was separated from his mama too early and had to make a go of it himself outside. So for the first couple months he was locked in a room recovering from a fight, then his "little operation" and he was covered in litter dust. I ended up trying to be mommy and pretending to lick his forehead while rubbing it with my finger ... trying to simulate cleaning. He finally figured it out ( after about 3 months!) and now he's a pro ... and he's a much darker-furred cat now without the litter dust!
 
That's funny Lisa. :razz: Racci's the product of too much momma grooming! She grew up with her momma cat who continued to treat her like a baby all her life and do the grooming for her so she never really had to do it and got lazy. Now that her mamma died I have to do it. She calls me when she finishes in the litter box for help. :smile:

Hi Melanie, which treats do you order from the Vet. I see you're enjoying your DGS today. Nice numbers for Racci today, too. Oh am i on the wrong condo. Today is the 5th. I'm confused! :lol:
