After all the talk to Joey about consistent shot times, I was 30 mins late with Lucian this morning. ohmygod_smile

Have no clue what happened, the alarm is still set, the light is still on. I realize I was up until after 4 this morning, but that's not rare. It's impossible to sleep thru, it doesn't stop alarming after a few mins. I have to get out of bed to turn it off, that is deliberate, so I can't reach over, turn it off and go back to sleep.

I'm not about to beat myself up over this, I think this like the 2nd time in 9 months, so that's not too bad in my book. It was 30 mins, last time it was like 2 hrs. :shock: Good thing he's insistent when he wants to eat. He woke me up squalling this morning. :lol:

None the less, I have no clue where he's going. 90% of the time, when he spikes, he spikes at pmps,............ until yesterday. :o I won't even try to guess. :roll:

Maybe you need to get to bed earlier - maybe then your head won't be so smashed into the pillow that you might hear the alarm

Oh well, lookey at Lucian gettin' a tan in the sunshine today.

Yeah, yeah, that's the ticket! a 'bad adjustment day'. :lol: Others have 'bad hair days', I have 'bad adjustment days'. :lol:

Actually, this time it was MY fault I was up late, usually I have no control over it. I could have probably gone to sleep about 2, I was tired enough, but stayed up signing up for sweepstakes, etc. I figure, I enter enough of them, I'm bound to win something eventually. :-D I did get a $5 Amazon card last night. :-D That was for a survey. If I can do that 5 times a week, that's $100 a month. Could start buying cat food by the case or something. :-D But I need to limit the time I spend and NOT do it late at night. :o But heck, I have problems sleeping anyway, might as well benefit from it.

About midnight, I was thinking, I need to go to bed, but I knew it would be a waste of time. By about 2, I could have. ohmygod_smile

Trimmed Lucian's nails this morning. When they get too long, he catches them on everything, rugs, furniture, bed linens. Since he has been handled so much in the last 9 months, he doesn't mind at all. I used to have to do 1 paw, wait an hour and do the other. And do them very fast! :o He would fight like I was killing him. :lol: Now he just lays there, like everything else. :-D

Looks like his Lev kicked in earlier than normal. He's already had that early cycle increase and back down to his amps number. Wonder what he has planned for me today? @-)

Yeah, but being his first greens in a few days, I'd bet on a bounce. Of course, now when he bounces it's in the 300's instead of 600+, not a big deal.

I'm hoping he's settling in and will have a couple nice weeks, like he did before. :smile:
 
Way to go Lucian old buddy....btw you can't see it right now but you are crusing along with your MIA girlfriend Autumn she was in the blue Lagoon this am as of a little while ago was still doing the back stroke...lol

We were recently talking about the fact that it is all boys in Relaxed and that Autumn needs to come back and give them a run for their money. :-D

I'm sorry you think she'll be a lifetime insulin user, she came so close, more than once. :sad: But, she's in good company, there are a bunch of those, Lucian included. :-D

As long as they're happy and healthy, that's all that matters. :thumbup
