Good Morning World! Welcome to our home! Yesterday's Green!
AMPS 301

Yep, he bounced last night....thought he would....but what a beautiful green run we had yesterday. I didn't raise that drop I should have this morning to try to eat that pink sugar number. He's doing SO much better when he hits those greens now - he used to get lethargic, not want to do anything but sleep but NOW, he doesn't sleep. He may still just lay around and watch things but definitely no longer lethargic.

I've got to see an eye surgeon later this week - I THINK what's happening with my eye is bad, I think my retina is detaching. Nurse agreed when I talked with her. If that's the case, it's laser surgery to fix it - don't know HOW in the world THIS is going to happen - there IS no one else to take care of this crew. I also don't have insurance for me so it's coming out of what's left of my retirement, it will all be gone. DH is on medicare now so that eases my concerns for HIS problems, just not mine. If you find an extra prayer laying around, please put my name on it....

Hi guys .. it's exciting when our cats start getting more and more comfortable with the greens, isn't it? I sure will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for your eye, and how to pay for it .. It's scary being without insurance .. I can completely relate .. (((hugs)))
 
Great to hear that KT is doing better at lower numbers. And Schniggles is using her but to her advantage. :lol: :-D Sending healing energy for your eye. I hope it's something they can treat. Hugs to you, Lyresa.

Retina detachment is very common & canbe easily fixed with laser therapy. It's only that you've to rest that eye after the operation. Dont worry Lyresa. Everything will fall into its place.
