Good morning! I think this is the bounce ongoing for the second day now. I am going to predict green today! Of course, again, it will be on grandmas watch. I got a pmps+8.5 (4am) test and she hadnt budged much from the flat yellows the previous cycle, so she is overdue! And, Im off tomorrow, so she will bounce of course and be flat tomorrow..grandma gets most of the action! :smile: Have a great day everyone!

My prediction as well that the bounce clears today. I hope though that you can prevent another one tomorrow.

I was wrong about her dropping today :YMSIGH: Unless..she went low after mid day meal somehow and then shot up by pmps. Mom said she is having trouble testing her and she cant get her out from under the side table where she stays most of the day..unless it rains and then shes under the bed. My mom is getting worse with her patience too lately, and, she thinks if her numbers are ok and not too low before she eats at +5, then she is not going to go low in the 2nd half of the cycle. I told her that Ive seen her drop in the afternoons, after nadir, but she doesnt understand all that. Maybe she is just being a cat, and maybe she is reading my condos too...who knows, but maybe tonight she clears the bounce finally. I just need to quit guessing I suppose :roll:

Hi Laura,

I feel your pain, and your mom's as well! :? Diabetes is an awfully difficult disease to deal with, it is very frustrating and unpredictable, especially feline diabetes. I read a comment in the Relaxed Forum that seemed appropriate, it's like a dance, where only one of you can hear the music, and it isn't you, it's Chi Chi! You may be required to do the Tango, The Fox Trot or the Samba and at other times, some cats decide they are through with all of it! We in the meantime, may fall on our behinds, trip over our own feet, you just never know, they will always keep us guessing... So in the meantime, I am giving these to you and your mom, along with some big hugs :YMHUG: :YMHUG:



I see a nice slide down in Chi Chi's future, the PMPS could be the high before the bounce clearing, we'll see!
