Hello LL

It's too early for any excitement around here. Checks ate beffis well, and is now napping outside, on replaced (grrr! cushion on loveseat that was peed on yesterday. Guess he likes the cushier one. :-D
Tux was straining in LB, so went into a box in different room, and had success. Now I have to go back to Maggie's condos too see what Ann was giving her for relief.

I'm headed up the road for a walk, waiting for others to come on here. It's beautifully cool and sun is just now peeping over the hills here.

Too funny about the cushions. These cats are very particular, that's for sure. Did you get any rain from the hurricane? We desperately need rain, but so far today have gotten only a tiny bit.

Enjoy the day. I hope that Tux is OK.

Walk was nice and cool, but very humid, so it uncomfortably sticky. The hills across the 'valley' are so pretty in the morning, but it doesn't show up nicely in photos...well, not in mine anyway :-D

His Royalty was still on cushy cushion, when I got back.
"Oh goody, here comes the mama with the pokey thing, treat for me" :-D

Hi guys .. woooohoooo!! Look at these numbers .. now thats exciting! It's also very humid here this morning .. plus a huge rain cloud just exploded .. which is nice, we needed the rain .. have a great day guys!

Oh Checkers :lol: :lol: and liking the new cushier cushions! What a way to get your Bean to buy new cushions! It worked. Barb, I'm glad Tux did go potty. Since it just seems recent I'd try 1/8 tsp. Miralax if you have it on stock. A lot of Beans here use it. Just mix it in Tux's food and add a little water and make sure he drinks water, too. It's hard to know how they'll react to the Miralax. At first, way before Mags starting having colon problems, just a teeny bit of Miralax would work for her. Some Beans use other things for their kitties.. There's no side effects except for some runny poo if given too much. Glad you got a walk in today. BTW, beautiful cycle today for Checkers.

Wonder how low I can stand to see Checkers go, before carbing him! I've never really tested to see how low he'd go, I'm such a scaredy cat. nailbite_smile
Normally, he races to the kitchen for his after-test, treat. He's too lazy to get out of cube right now.
Lately, he's been making me push the side of the cube in, and test him in it. :lol:

I'm glad I didn't carb that 65, as he came up on his own. Lazy lump just now came out of cube, to see why he didn't get +4 treat

Barb, you handled that perfectly! He didn't go to low and he came up on his own .. hopefully he won't bounce without any extra HC in him ..

GREAT Day Mr Checkers!!! Look at you go! Moonie never likesd the cube much, but Copper(GA) loved it..
Checks looks so somfy in there, but a cushion, well no contest!
Please try the miralax--I put 1/8 tsp in Moonie's foods & it works great--Her bro Copper was also having trouble with that..It makes them frustrated when they cant go :-x

What a lovely cycle for Checkers. :-D :-D Anything new to sleep on immediately becomes the cat's!

Tess used to even refuse to come out of her cube for meals. She'd eat half in and half out of it! :lol: :lol: Then she just lost interest. I should bring it back out to see if it would interest her again.

Very nice cycle for Checkers today. I'd call shooting that low and no carbs just a little bit exciting! I loved the picture of the cubes and his "come get me" attitude. I know who rules that house. Have a great day Barb and hoping for some relief on the weather soon.

I've created a monster :roll: . Checkers has been so vocal today. He wants to go out, and I refuse to walk him in wet grass.
If he isn't yelling at me, he's walking around , talking to himself. That cracks me up.

I really should get busy and put photos in the Picasso, that I installed months ago, and never got back to it.
Don't we all think our cats are so darn cute, that the whole world should have access?? :lol:

I love other people's photos and videos :-D

We finallly got a few minutes of soft rain. I sat outside, under a beach umbrella and enjoyed it. :smile:
Now it's just dark and joint-aching. :sad:

Barb, love the pics of Checkers in the cubes. Glad he's feeling so good and vocal. I love vocal kitties. Very nice cycle today for Checkers, too!
