Thank you for your help yesterday, everyone. He seems to have cleared the previous bounce and come down a bit. I hate it when he's in the high numbers for a long time. Thanks very much for your support.

Thank you - I have no idea as I just got home from work, and his PMPS was 281. At least it's yellow and not pink.
The last week was really one of the worst. I can't let my cat get that unwell again.
 
He does seem to always pick nighttime to clear his bounces.
 
many cats seem to go lower at night. if you look at other's ss, you'll see it's common.

You know with Lantus, the dosing is based mostly upon the nadir, right? well woo-hoo, look at River's nadirs! you've seen green nadirs the past 2 nights in a row. that says this is a good dose for the moment - give it a little time to see if the bouncing eases a bit. the fact that river is clearing the bounces in one day is a great sign. just keep a watch on those nadirs.

And I'd prefer that, as at least I'm here.

I do know that with Lantus dosing is based on the nadirs. But staying in high numbers for several days makes him feel sick.
I'm looking at his entire health, and he's not feeling good when he is high.
