Yesterday, back to Swedish colours but a beautiful flat blue night.

9/29 Recap:
AMPS 14q +6 258 +10 150
PMPS 158 +4.5 159 +9 119

Cats thought I needed extra help getting up this morning. I've been easing the PS time back a bit to accommodate an event tonight and late meals are never well received. Needless to say, we had CPC once I finally put out the goods. But there was a lot of whacking going on until then.

The sun is making a brief appearance this week and today is the day. Neko is curled up in her bed taking in the warmth. She came in briefly once when I opened the fridge, but I went after her with a comb instead. All was forgiven once a treat was given.

OT: Late this afternoon our financial advisors have an event with a couple of Canadian Olympians as guests, so we decided we wanted to rub elbows with them. It's on the other side of town and I hope traffic is reasonable coming back so TFS won't be too late.

Re: 9/30 Neko AMPS 161

Our kitties sure don't like their fuds schedule to be messed with. I hope you make it back in time for t/f/s tonight. Enjoy the event.

Hi Wendy,
Kitties are never happy when you mess with their schedules!! Just tell them that in the wild they would never know when that mouse or chipmunk might come along. Be flexible!!

I hope you get to meet the Olympians tonight. Have a great evening,

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty

I had cats in my hair (literally) trying to wake me up this morning too. They are persistent!! Have fun meeting the Olympians. That sounds really cool!

Got back to a nice soft furred kitty so knew that her PMPS was at least low blues. And the shot was only 5 minutes later than this morning. :-D

The talk today was past, present and future Olympians. The guy who runs the finance company sailed in the 76 Olympics, the current Olympian is a local lady who won the ski cross event in the Vancouver Winter Olympics and the future were two sailors who have been in Olympics before and still trying for Rio. The last three had to retool and change their sports for one reason or another. Interesting theme on taking challenges one small step at a time.

@Carla, Ella, Deanna, Michelle - Thanks for stopping by. I like the idea of telling them the rodents or birds don't come by on schedule, but I don't think they'll listen. Interesting event tonight, talks with themes that apply to life in general.
