well... yesterday: a slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww slide down to the blues. Now if he can just stay there, and not find the yellows and pinks again. Mannie? Please? Looking for those greens - think GREEN, OK? Lubs ya big guy - you can do it! cat_pet_icon
All is well in MannieLand.
So so normal here this AM - it is wonderful to have the kitty choir back - all three of them!
 The rest of the morning was so typical - hollering for fuds, whacking each other when they thought I wasn't fast enough, or because they had to wait for Mannie's test... silly kitties! We had a great test feed shoot, lots of purrs as always. Breffis inhaled, clean plate club status maintained. Napping now in progress. For Mannie it is on top of the nanner pile... it seems that DGS wants to play with them way too much.  Nicholas decided yesterday afternoon that he wanted to help with Mannie's +9 test. that was cute... He just sat there and watched, Mannie didn't move a muscle... amazing. test completed, Mannie sighs, and DGS makes his move: one touch on Mannie's head...that was enough for the manster - he split, not wanting to take any chances with DGS's version of petting.   Soon - they will be inseparable. More or less: Normalcy in Mannie:Land.
I am on DGS duty for the entire week, weekends off, for two more weeks, as the other DGp's are on vacation. YAY! a week of Nicholas. Today is my last day this week - then a weekend off.
I hope I can think of enough great places to visit for the next two weeks. :? Yesterday we went to a mountain lake - wow, was that ever nice! Maybe a local city park with beach access today. I know I won't be able to get to condos today - I do miss you guys! Do know though that I am thinking of you all - and your furkids! THINK GREEN KITTIES!
Hey everybody! I feel the need for a road trip - just cruisin', ya know? Anybody wanna go? we could stop at places along the way - maybe get in some grillin' on the beach, or mountain hang gliding, or whatever we want... What'd'ya guys think? See ya! ~ Mannie
And completely OT: Photos from yesterdays adventure with DGS: Boardman Lake - 3000 foot elevation - a very nice mini version of Alpine. The little guy had such a great time, and I got to see a very nice lake... YAY!
