Terrible day yesterday. Still unsure why he went from 122 at PMPS+7.5 to 218 90min later.

This morning started out even worse. 281? Seriously Jenks? Looks like he's heading straight down through PMPS. I'm going to up his dose to 5.75U starting tonight, so if he's going to be going downhill all night, I'm going to be on extra watch.

i agree - it looks like he needs a little more insulin. It might be a little more clear if you were able to vary the test times a little bit, instead of always getting them at the same times each day.

Probably not the best night for a dose change, but I'm ready to power through it. Up to 5.75U we go.

And my testing habits have indeed become lazy and routine. I need to change them up to ensure an appropriate spread.

Ok, Jenks is hitting the ground running tonight. We're in the greens already, but that's a 60-point drop in only three hours. With so much time left, I'm going to give him a little food to try to smooth it out. Otherwise, we only have about 30 points to work with with 8 hours to go. It's pajama time!

Gave him about a tablespoon or so of some 10% liver & chicken w/ some of the sauce from the can.
