AMPS 303, 33rd cycle @1.0u, 2/3 PP, 1/8 zantac, 1mg Ondansetron, 1/16t miralax, 1.25oz 10%
+1 7 drops kidney liquid, 1.4oz 10%

Zener is doing fine this morning. He's bouncing from the dive and/or greens and/or carb-loaded treats yesterday. Who knows. We are starting to see some greens on this dose after I stopped giving him the ProPlan Chicken Entree. I was giving it to him when he needed appy assistance. Now I've gone back to teeny tiny doses of cyprohexadine and he is eating the FF Chicken Florentine. Supposedly they are the same % carbs. He's sleeping on the chair, helping with his condo. Tillie is on the heating pad, as it is only 70 in the house this morning and her paddy paws were the tiniest bit chilly.

In LL News, the headliner has to be that Jasper's OTJ party is today! Congratulations Jasper and Leslie! This is the first video posted by Camille. Thank you, Camille and MJ, for taking over while CD has orthopedic work, apparently for rusty joints. Speedy recovery, CD! Maggie delivered a very sizable prezzie this morning. :-D Detective Poo is still investigating to find out exactly how big but the vet visit for manual extraction ( :shock: ) has been cancelled. Desi and crew have come through the hurricane ok. There is the mess to clean up but flood insurance will help with the cost, as will Desi's lawyer boss in filing the claim. Thinking of ailing kitties (Gracie with pancreatitis, doing well) and beans (Marje). Happy Labor Day LL!

Love hearing that Zener's appy is good. Did I read it correctly that he took out 5.5oz yesterday?! You go boy! :-D Hope you guys have a great day with pretty numbers in the blues and greens (wouldn't mind some yellows off that pink!)

Liz, nice report on Zener, and it's funny how some foods with the same carbs affect our kitties. One can spike more than the other, yet same carbs. Maggie spiked on the Merrick bg chicken, yet it is low carbs. Thanks for the newsy reports on everyone and checking up on Maggie. I'm still laughing about the "inner German" ! :lol: Hoping Zener clears the bounce enough for a bike ride maybe or some other fun. Have a great Monday!

Zener did an all day slide! And a very gentle one at that. He ate well today, 4.75oz of 10% and 1.5oz at his shot tonight. Could be an interesting cycle.

Hey, Liz -

Glad to hear Zener's appy is improving. Hope he clears the bounce soon! I've noticed a difference brand to brand on foods that are supposed to be the same % carbs. Guess that's one more mystery to this dance.

Nice slow slide for Z man today! Interesting on the food. We only use FF because I have a picky kitty. Glad the appy is improving. I hope you have a great short week. Anne looks like she is having a lot of fun. I'm sure she will be glad to get home though. Have a relaxing night Liz!!

I'm liking those PM numbers more and more, Zener! Keep up the slide! Not too fast and not too much, though! (upper greens might be nice) ;-)

Are you giving cyproheptadine? I've not heard of cyprohexadine......is it an appy stimulant?

Yes, you are correct - I had to look on the bottle. We give him cyproheptadine for appy stimulant. Amazingly, just 1/32 of a tablet or even less will get him going.

Easy does it Zener, your bean has to sleep some time tonight. A very nice cycle for Zener, it looks like he is settling into this dose.
