Good Friday Morning, Everyone,

Today:
AMPS 160
+2.5 84 Fed some 8% Merrick
+4.25 34(!!) Fed some 12% Merrick with Karo
+5 80 Fed a little 5% (Cowboy Cookout) to keep him going until lunch
+6 109 lunch of Cowboy Cookout
+9.5 snack of Wellness Turkey
PMPS 202

It's a bit hectic here this morning: getting ready for our houseguest, cleaning, etc. And of course getting Stu ready for the day. He had a good night, although I did find a spit+hairball vomit in our "mud" room (good place for it!). Litterbox duty accomplished. 3 installments of breakfast have been eaten (2 of Cowboy Cookout, and 1 of Merrick 8%, hopefully to keep him from accelerating the drop already begun). The Mephimazole pill in butter has so far been ignored--maybe later. Mr. Cat has been outside, has checked out the cellar, and is general being his normal self. He loves his water fountain.
It's still HOT and HUMID. This is throwing my intended menus for the weekend out the window. We'll have to focus on salads!

Good Morning, Ella. Love love love,hearing that Stu feels good, and is eating so well.
I'm surprised it's still so hot there. Here in southern NY, 50 miles south of Buffalo, it is a beautiful cool, sunny day.
I'm on a hill, so usualy get nice breeze. Supposed to storm late today.
Enjoy your visitor. I know it's a bittersweet reunion.

Good morning Stu and Ella! I just read yesterday's condo and saw that Stu was starting to feel better and I see that he is still feeling good! I'm very glad to read that! And the deer story....wow, must be really nice to be able to sit out on your porch and see such a sight! I don't get to see that much living in the city, and if I was a jealous gal, well, I'd be jealous, lol!

Our 90 degrees weather here is starting to cool off. Supposed to have some rain tonight, too. I hope things cool off there for you guys. Enjoy your Holiday weekend!

Stu dude! Look at you! I on the other hand started out pink, though I have started to rectify the situation, and am now yellow... got get my greens back, ya know? Hey - I had such fun at the beach yesterday - thanks for looking out for me while my bean was gone, You guys are the best! Hey - what is it like to see a for real deer? Oh boy - and look at Stu go! I hope he doesn't keep you too busy this morning. It is good to read that Stu is feeling better! YAY! Have a good day today Ella, hope the heat and the humidity improve. Nice amps! Now surf the greens, Stu, so momma bean can focus on guest preparations! I know I'm really tired of the heat, it's supposed to be much cooler tomorrow, yay!

Hi again,
Despite precautions, Stu decided to drop to 34 at +4.25. Out came the 12%+Karo. He's back at 80 at +5. Naturally all of this would happen today when I have so much to do to get ready for our weekend guest. I'm sending Stu to the beach to go surfing with his pals!!!

Another gorgeous day for Stu, he wants back on track to where he was before the CRF dx and he's doing it. Just send him to the beach w. the other kitties to stay out of your hair while you clean, although doing anything with your cat is preferable to cleaning.

wow stu! Your amps looked great and your +2.5 looked even better, but your +4.25, well, that was just uncalled for silly boy! You are looking much better at your +5 ... Ella, I hope your heat and humidity goes away .. it is FINALLY a gorgeous day here today and even better looking for tomorrow!

I am so glad Stu is feeling better and eating well. Maybe with the cooler weather coming soon, his hairballs will decrease. As usual, Stu put his diving gear on this morning and did a little scuba. I'm glad you got him back up though. We tried the Merrick Thanksgiving (12%) last night and Blackie loved it.

So, we are 109 at +6 and I'm off to go grocery shopping. Our houseguest, who is a terrific cook, has decided that he wants to do a little cooking and I have his shopping list!! This is great, because I don't much care for cooking!! Stu is on his way to the beach. Thanks for picking him up, Mannie.
