Morning Ella - enjoy your paddles! I hope it is a good one, lots of great weather, maybe even some very cool critters for the viewing. Mannie is for sure planning on that porch visit - last minute plans for Jasper's OTJ party. Enjoy your day today.

Thanks for checking in on Rusty. I think all the kitties had a good time on the porches, resting up for Jasper's party tonight. I think that both of Rusty's PS numbers are food-influenced. We'll see where he is tomorrow.

We had a great paddle. The river was very low and there were lots of "rock gardens" to thread through. When we got to the traditional lunch spot, the mud had taken over where there had been water. When I got out of my canoe I went down into thick mud up to my knees. My foot got stuck and kept sinking!! I finally had to pull my foot out of my sandal to get free, and then spent 15 minutes trying to dig out my sandal with my paddle. I was covered in mud!! The sandal, filled with mud, must have weighed 10 lbs!! But I enjoyed my sandwich anyway and got cleaned up when we stopped for a swim and where there was sand, not mud.

Did everyone have a good holiday?

Loved the full moon party description the other day. Thanks for having Gracie and Tobey there...they were so anxious to get away from the clinic :lol: :lol: :lol:

Glad you enjoyed your paddle, lunch and swim. Sorry about the MUD!!

Even with Rusty's possibly food-inflated numbers, they're not too bad. Hope tomorrow's numbers are even better!
