Surfing rather high today. At what point do we consider another increase? We did still see nadirs in at least the 60s yesterday, but I want to mentally prepare if I need to!
 
Definitely no increase. He is seeing nadirs in the low 60s on this dose. In fact, but for his preshots, he is largely in normal numbers for the last week. I would even attempt a reduction to 1.25U. if it doesn't work, you can always go back up.
