Mr Greenie is in da house! I'm off today, therefore it is not an extra-early workout morning, therefore a nice long BTB for the bean, therefore her "+3" follow-up pokey wasn't too close to her last fuds, therefore  ! As an added bonus, I was only a "moderate" pilling putz this morning, as oppose to the "major" pilling putz I was yesterday morning. Today started off similarly to yesterday...the first couple attempts were poorly placed, so poor Trix had to juggle the gelap in the back of her mouth to spit it out. I got batted down and a was given a warning hiss - "Get it right, or else, MamaBean!!!". On my final attempt before I would have taken a break, it went down...and fortunately (unlike yesterday) it stayed down. Yesterday, she seemed to feel quite fine despite the post-pilling barf, so I guess most of the pills did stay in her belly. Last evening, we had a lovely PMBG of 124, and the gelcap went down on the first try....phew.
Today, appy is happy, fur is soft, eyes are bright, kitty is snuggly.
We did have dinner for my Dad's birthday last night. Unfortunately, the stupid chemo-fatigue crash had started and he was really tired and bit out of it. He thought since he made it through Saturday just fine, maybe he was going to sidestep it this time (in the last couple treatments, the fatigue started earlier). No such luck. But, we celebrated none-the-less. Hopefully the fatigue will disappear in the next day or so and he'll be back to being hyper.
Today is a much needed day off for this beans...chores and such, of course, but at least I'm at home. Have a great day, LL!
