Good Morning LL! Verrrrrrryyyyyyy late night last night. No ~O) 'cause this bean is back to bed. We have the bounce from the carbs settling in so we will see what she does at +3 today. TEss couldn't have done it the night before when I was up half the night w/ the newsletter. Nope!

Ann is at the ceramics studio, so DH is doing the shot. Shot looked good so Tess should come right down to greens like last night :mrgreen: Yeah, right :lol: :lol: I think Tess is keeping up with the Mannies! NOT THAT WAY TESS :!: She must be hungry cause she just finished her Wellness Turkey in record time for an evening meal.

Hi Ann, John, Tess,
These Lev. cycles are really something! Tess is bouncing and Rusty all of a sudden has been green all day. I don't understand any of it, but Lisa wrote the best explanation in Rusty's condo today: FD is the biggest variable of all!!
