Ripley is doing great today. Normal. :-D
When I gave Ripples her shot (while her head was in her bowl of mushy breakfast), I noticed her abdomen was very plump. I asked her if she had used the LB yet this morning, and she lifted her head up, squawked (with food on top of her nose ~ silly girl), and trotted to the LB to show off her 'emptying' skills. She looked much more 'svelte' when she returned to her food.
She's such a good listener ;-) .

I'm looking forward to adding a drop to her dose tomorrow night (end of the 6th cycle); making syringe-change adjustments to get her back to her mostly-greens... trigger finger is itchy...

Nice amps Ripley! Love those blues, but I expect the lagoon will see you in a few. You surf well for your bean.

Hi Josie. I'm sure Ripley will get her numbers back to green when you have the new syringes figured out. She is a very smart kitty. How many cats will stop eating their breakfast and use the LB when their bean ask them? :lol:

How funny! I love the LB story. It's truly amazing how cats hear what we're thinking (they may not know the words, but they know what we mean) and vice-versa. There are times when Mr.Cat has a certain look on his face and I just know that he'll soon head over to his LB. :-D

I also just purchased new syringes (BD brand). The last brand I used had HUGE variations between each syringe's stopping point. Some stoppers stopped just under the 0 line, some in the middle of the 0 line, and some stoppers went all the way past the 0 line (probably at least a .1U - .25U difference between them). I eventually went through all of the syringes and picked out the ones that stopped just under the 0 line.
With these new BD syringes, there is a bit less variation in the stopping points but not all the syringes are the same. I've gone through and set aside the ones that stop just under the 0 line so that my doses are consistent from day to day.
Someone on this forum said that she mailed back the "odd" syringes and the company sent her a new box for free! I may try that if more than 1/3 of the syringes are not correct. I hope your syringes are more consistent (if they are, let me know what brand you use!).

She spent much of the morning basking outside. She's now on her rocker, looking pretty :-D

Ripley is having a good day ~ I've noticed that she's been awake today more than usual~ she's usually sleeps 23.5 hours a day.
She even got a little playful before dinner tonight :-D

She is sitting on her rocker, with 2 front paws hanging over, and ready for the Breaking Bad finale.
