9/29 Morgaine AMPS 181,+6 127,PMPS 160

Good day to everyone!

Morgaine was at 181 this AM so she is now back to her dose of a fat 3.25. After yesterday's caution I expect a little higher numbers today. She was not feeling great last night and was meowing which concerned me. I got up to check on her and lured her to bed with me a couple of times. This AM I was presented with a large movement and all seems well now. She had not gotten her daily probiotic yesterday either.

I also noticed a small scab on her ear from all the testing. I did put neosporin ointment on it and am giving that ear a break. I feel like an abusive mom but I know it must get done.

Hi guys .. 181 isn't a bad number to start the day out at .. Have you tried using a rice sock to help warm morgaines ears? We have found that makes the blood flow quite well so we didn't have to poke as deep .. I won't be around tomorrow so have a great weekend!

Yes, I use a rice sock but sometimes it just doesn't help. I wish it were a little easier to get the blood from her ears. I had a really hard time last night and she was meowing before I tested so naturally I had to check her to see that she was not low. I went through 3 strips to finally get the sample and several pokes.
