Morning ~O) ~O) I sure need more coffee today. Maggie is much better today and no vomiting. She kept begging for food when I got up before testing time. All P's in place except one. She had some Beechnut chicken & broth bf as a treat and a piece of chicken breast, as well as some ff for a main entree. I just finished most of my stretch exercises without losing my exercise pillow, as Maggie is in my bed taking her first nap. I joined her earlier for 30 minutes and didn't fall asleep but felt a little rested. She's still dead to the world, but as soon as she wakes up, she will let out a yowl asking for my whereabouts! Have a nice Thursday.

Good morning! Sorry I missed your condo yesterday.

A three course meal for breffis? OK. I think Miss Maggies is a little spoiled. Ya think? :lol: That's ok. She definitely deserves it. So great to hear that the pukus is gone. Hope it stays far away.

I have got to start my stretches again. This weather has been messing with my joints. The change in seasons seems to be the worst. Is that just me or do you have issues with it? My rheumatologist says anytime the barometer changes is when I probably feel it more.

Maggie is the queen getting all those special breffis'! Hope you feel better today and happy to hear there was no pukus from Maggie this morning.

Hi Melissa, funny with the three course meal. she just got up now from her nap, and she had a little FF on a dish in bed to hold her over til the next meal. :roll:

Thanks Angela, she has been having some nice cycles, anti-jynx.

Hi Georgia, yay for the no pukus this morning. It was the SK I left overnight, and she started eating some left over before I could remove the dish. Some foods may not keep well overnight. I know the FF will stay okay but looks gross if left out too long in the dish. Maggie free feeds, and I haven't yet tried the auto feeder on her.

Hi guys .. lovely numbers for maggie today .. I hope she surfs here for awhile .. and I'm also glad to hear the upset tummy is gone, that's never any fun .. I won't be here tomorrow, so have a great weekend!

Hi Devon, thanks so much for stopping by and yes, her tummy is better. She had so much for breffifs this morning that she didn't eat any food I left for her while I was gone. Have a good weekend, and I hope you're doing something fun. Give Devon some scritches from us.

:lol: Hi Tracy :lol: Isn't that the truth with the fuds when they're picky. When I came home, she wouldn't eat some food that I warmed up in the microwave. Sooo...I opened a fresh can and nada, she didn't want it. I finally gave her just half a tsp Gerber bf chicken & gravy and she slurped that up right away!

This is high for today's cycle and partly my fault or maybe not! When I came home this afternoon, I noticed she had not eaten any food I left for her and wasn't interested in eating. When she gets low, she doesn't want to eat, so I mistakenly opened a jar of bf Gerber chicken & gravy and just gave a little, not even a half tsp. I've switched to Beechnut as it has the broth but still had this jar.

I was trying Wellness Beef on her, and apparently this doesn't agree with her, as she vomited after eating some mixed in with FF. So it's a combination of vomiting and the Wellness Beef not agreeing with her that caused this high bg (high for Mags). I'm beginning to think anything with beef is disagreeable with Mags, poor baby. I had to get her to eat something before I shoot, so I gave a little FF Turkey & Giblets, so she will be high for a while, but it's important she eat something. She cleaned the plate and went back to her nap..

:sad: Poor Maggie! That vomiting is no fun, for her or her bean. Hope that's the end of it! Have a nice evening.

I was all ready to give Princess Maggie a hard time for her "breakfast in bed" this morning, but now just want to tell the little lady to eat crackers in bed anytime!!!

A surprise drop from the 184! I gave Maggie some FF turkey & giblets, but it hasn't caught up with her yet! I don't think she's feeling well. I'm wondering if I could give her some Pepcid AC, 1/4 of a tablet? They are 10 mg, so I'd cut it in fours? Is this the right Pepcid to use?

Hi Jessica, I love that pic, so cute! I'll tell her you said it's okay to eat some crackers in bed, aka some Stage 1 Beechnut BF would be a good substitute. :-D I remember anything in the line of FF with beef would also raise her bg.

Apparently beef causes allergies in many kitties. Stick with the FF T&G--it's the miracle food!!!!! Seriously, I hope that Maggie will be feeling herself soon. Maybe the change in the weather is affecting her, too.
