Luci had another interestingly long day/night in the lagoon yesterday - sometimes I feel like I'm in a special kind of purgatory - I have a few hours off on Saturday mornings to run a few errands but get back home to monitor Luci and can't leave the house - not as long as she's as low as she is .... oh well...we all have our crosses to bear don't we? I guess I'm just tired...recovering from surgery is taking longer than I thought...still better than I was initially but just not quite myself yet. The weather was gloomy yesterday and my boss was in a tiz about some issues at work (yes, I know I was off, but healthcare is a 24/7, 365 kind of thing)...

Oh well...here's Luci...living the good life. Have a nice day everyone.

The older I get the longer "everything " takes. I used to mow my lawn in an hour,now it takes several. (I keep taking breaks):p

I'm sorry to hear that your recovery is taking longer than you'd like. And I totally understand about not being able to be gone for long because you need to test to keep Luci safe. I wish I could send you an extra pair of patience pants, but I could use a new pair myself right about now. Just know that you are the best cat mom Luci could possibly have, and she is able to live life like a painting on the ceiling of a chapel because of you. You are giving her an incredible gift of love. Please try to save some for yourself too. I really hope you both enjoy your day and that your boss's phone breaks.
