This is starting to look just like Tinkles on ProZinc. :roll: So much for gentle curves..nice theory, not happening! My concern is the wide swings...this is why I switched from ProZinc to Lantus, to avoid those wide swings!! I had to add a little karo to his food...first time EVER...MC with HC gravy wasn't slowing him enough.

WCR: Tinkles is himself, purry, lovey, etc. No playing, all other P's in place. Eating everything in sight, as usual. I don't know how he can act so good with such high numbers!

What dose did you shoot this morning? Mr. T earned a dosecrease with the 49 last night.

This is just a bounce. If you look back over the times when Tinkles has spent several days in lower numbers, the bounces flatten out. He just needs to get used to those lower ranges so his liver doesn't panic. He's doing great!

SS updated, I shot the same dose, S1.75u, because of the bounce. I realize it's a bounce, regardless of WHY he's going from 49 to 475, it isn't good!! As I said, the reason I switched to Lantus was for the famous gentle, flat curves....he got these same swings on ProZinc, it made it impossible to get him healthy! It doesn't look great to me. I envision the recurring URI and other issues rearing their ugly heads again.

Laurie, I so understand the feeling. No matter what the reason for the high number, bounce or not, it still is worrisome.
I hope Mr Tinkles comes down nicely for you today. :smile:
