LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Lola and Bug's new leaf continues!! Once again, on a Caturday, there has been no more sleeping in! So many Caturday's in a row!!! :shock: Paw Prints Pizza is open and ready for business! They are running a Caturday Catnip special today - lots of nip in those pies! They have even used their signature nip cheese. :cool: Best order early! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It is my bean's fav! SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of peppermint and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, sprinkled with peppermint chips and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are along for the ride.

I hope everyone had a great Furday. Mine was so busy and so crazy, but we all had a great time. It was an indoor day.... It was been such a mixed weather bag here. At 3:30 yesterday afternoon it was as dark out as it would be after sunset, and really gloomy, one can feel the pending storms in the air. We have flood warnings, and severe storm warnings and strong winds warnings popping up all over the place. SO.... I was glad that we elected to make it indoor places.... The Science center, and the pool. Nicholas's and William's mom made it for swim time. It was so nice to have her there. It also made Nicholas's afternoon! Here's what I wrote about the day in last night's post: "Happy Friday night everyone! I hope your day has been good. My week with the boys is done, for now. I so look forward to an evening of pizza, and kitty time, and maybe good book. It has been a great week, loved every minute of it, but boy AM I TIRED! :lol: :lol: :lol: Today was a good day for both boys: The Pacific Science Center, and swimming in the afternoon. It has been a good day today. We did the science center today, as I knew I could get through that in time to make the set pool time I had with my DD. It worked out great. Each time we go there now, to the PSC, Nicholas finds more things to interact with. It is really nice! It was a bummer though today that the butterfly house was closed (no clue why), and about 90% of the outdoor water stuff was broken, or shut down. There were a few things on the wellness section also down for repairs... oh well, he made do with what he had, loved it. Nicholas has taken well to the afternoon swim time slot, loves the river portion. It's been good to go at this time as it opens new areas for him to explore and learn in. Erin made it to watch William, so of course Nicholas had to show off for mom. He was one proud little boy. We did alot of river stuff today, tons of underwater, and I'll be darned if he didn't "swim" the whole length of that river on his own, some big arms, some doggie paddle: such determination. it was funny - he had to go and tell his mom he had. He was so such excited! He had a really good day in the pool. It was an hour and a half for him: dealing with that current in the river. and the energy level he was operating on. I so bet he crashed n the ride home.... It was a good day for all. Tonight he is off to a Mariner's Game with mom, dad and little bro. They have a fireworks show set for sometime during or after the game. I wonder if he can stay awake to see it. :lol: :lol: " Picassa links: Pacific Science Center, and Swimming!

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!! :cool: :cool: :cool: It is oddly quiet here this morning.... too quiet.... the calm before the storm? Lola is curled up on my lap as I type this condo. This seems to be her lap time, she comes very morning to sit on my lap while I am on the 'puter. :cool: Our one on one time. I think I wrote about this the other day... but wow on Fall. All the kitties have mellowed, even Lola. Well somewhat on Lola.... She is still is a wild one, Elsa and Bug just look at her, and go back to sleep. Bug will still play chase with her, indulge in those marathon run sessions, but even he too is curled up and snoozin' in honor of the arrival of Fall. :cool: Lola and Nicholas continue to be good buddies. She made breffis with Nicholas and William yesterday, after missing the day before. She was first to the table, checked it all out, finally giving it her stamp of approval, especially the butter! that got a few this is good licks. :shock: Breffis!


Have a great day everyone. it is a for sure catch up day here: shopping, errands, laundry and some cleaning. and recovery time.I thoroughly enjoyed having both boys for three days, but need some regroup time. :lol: :lol: So that shall be today. I will be at my DD's to care for Nicholas and William for a bit in the afternoon so she can go to a canning class, while my DSIL is at work. My youngest DS has a band concert in the evening, so my other DS and I are off to see his band rock on out. That should be fun. It's been along time since I have been able to see one of his band's shows, so I am really looking forward to going. :cool:

Hi Michelle. How luck are Nicholas and William to have a grandmother take them to so many fun places. It sounds like Nicolas really enjoys the Science Center almost as much as the pool. Sounds like you and DD had a good time doing pool duty :lol: .

Glad all is good in Musketeerville. It does cause nor to worry about what is being planned when all the furry ones are so quite :lol: .

Morning Pam ~O) ~O) ~O) LOL on the tiring pics... yupp, it really is a very busy time: run here, run there, Nicholas just does not stop for anything. :lol: :lol: He agrees with you on the toilets and dinosaurs. I had to take three trips back to that dang toilet. :shock: ;-) LOL on Lola... she sure tried. The no thumbs thing did her in through. :lol: THX on today. We sure are trying!

Morning John ~O) ~O) ~O) AH many thanks! I sometimes think I have as much fun as they do. Yes on Nicholas and the Science center. He is able to do more of the tings that they have to offer, so it ends up being alot of fun and discovery for him. The pool is always a big hit, and I'm glad all the schedule adjustments we have had to do to get him there are working out. :cool: and :-D on the pool duty! oh yes on the furry ones being so quiet... it is so wet outside and raining that none of the want out, even Lola who still plots her escape routes daily. :lol: THX on the concert tonight - it will be fun. I will take whatever opportunity I have to hear him play. :cool: :-D

What fun yesterday! Those are two lucky little boys. Fall is suppose to start here today. I am so looking forward to it. Awesome with the band concert for DS. Have a great time!!

I hope you had a good recovery day. I got tired looking at the photos and wanted to join Nicholas napping in his car seat. :lol: :lol:

Cute pics of Lola and breakfast. Is bacon safe from her? She's such a nut going into the microwave. :-D

We had our pouring rain early afternoon and now it's quieted down with a bit of sun peaking through. Of course, the weather might change an hour from now. :o
 
Morning Wendy ~O) Yes, I did have a good recovery day, but too sure on how well I recovered, as the night was late last night what with my son's band thing. I think the recovery will continue into today. I so know on the wanting to sleep right along with the boys... they are lucky! They get to nap while I take them to the next spot. :lol: ;-) LOL on Lola, and nope on the bacon! She likes it - alot. Nicholas doesn't share though, that disappears as soon as it hits his plate. I wondered if your weather was a nasty as ours was/is. It came down so hard for so long yesterday, and it looks like we are due for the same today. wow, can one say wet!
