I'm back from Boston and clearing out my sister's condo. I am so grateful for wonderful friends. Two friends who live in Boston along with 3 of my sister's students helped to get the majority of the place cleared out. The realtor is helping with some of the items, I have buyers for a good deal of the furniture and Jo's car. There are things that I want that are being stored with one of my friends and it will be done.

The kitties were happy to see me. Gizmo has been very suspicious of my socks. The friends I was staying with have a Leonberger puppy (a 50 lb, 4-month old puppy) who decided I was his new best friend.

Welcome home. :YMHUG: Cleaning up is very hard - I'm glad you had friends to help.

I'm sure Gabby will be up to her usual tricks on no time. Poor Grizmo and the socks. That's a lot of puppy.

Hi Sienne,
It is really great that you had so much help from your friends and from Jo's students. It can be a daunting task and good friends can make all the difference. I'm sure that Gabby and Gizmo were overjoyed to see you.
I hope you have a good night and get some good sleep. It is very easy to turn things around and around in your mind.

See you tomorrow,

Ella & Rusty

Welcome home, Sienne. I'm sure you are relieved to have that all behind you. Some cuddles with your two kitties should be just what you need now! :-D

Welcome home, Sienne,

I'm glad you had help from good friends and Jo's students. It must have meant a lot to them, to have been allowed to help.
I remember how bittersweet it was, for my sister and me, dealing with our mom's possessions.

Wow, on that puppy! Gabby and Gizmo, must be so happy to have mama to sleep with again. :-D

welcome home, sienne. that puppy sounds like ... . Sasquatch!

i'm glad you're back in your own place with your own kitters. :YMHUG: YAY for good friends!

I think cleaning out my parent's house after they died was one of the hardest things I've ever done. And there were about 20 people working on it and they didn't have much stuff. I'm so glad you had help and could get it mostly done. Big hugs to you, Sienne. Back to bidness, Gabby, now that mamabean is back home.
Liz

I'm glad you made it safely back home. I know that was a very hard trip but I'm glad you had friends with you.

Sending prayers of peace for you. I know the kittens were glad to see you and we're glad you're back.
