Deputy China on duty again

Nothing much new here....had to get out to get new tires today because I only have until the end of the week to get my car to pass inspection so I can renew my license plates and the place that did the inspection said the front tires were on the cords so they wouldn't pass it (wonder why??)

What the heck are they making tires out of these days? Gold?? Over $100 for a tire?? I remember paying less than $30 for them not that long ago! ....and these aren't any "brand name" tire either....just round and made of rubber!!

So much for my "savings".....Poor Cleo's dental will have to be put off a little longer

Am feeling a little better today but weak as a rain soaked kitten so just getting to the tire place and back pretty much wiped me out.

I'm glad China is doing well. It's crazy how much tires cost. At least you'll be safe now. I hope you can get your savings back soon so you can get Cleo that dental. I hope you feel better soon. Sending prayers.

I'm glad you are improving, Chris, but it's a shame you had to waste the little energy you have (and Cleo's dental fund) on getting tires. A necessary evil, for sure.

China is rocking this dose. Guess that extra drop was just the ticket. Tell her Deputies Harvey and Cinco are watching her from the bridge and expect her to continue to represent!
