Had to take my dog to the vet today for a bout of diarrhea she had yesterday. She's 14 so I get nervous when anything goes wrong. I probably could have just rode it out and fed her pumpkin but just in case I took her in. $426.00 later :shock: every test was run, meds given, forti flora provided, D/M food sent home and SC fluids administered. At first glance nothing was detected in the stool. Which is good, she had Giardia last spring.

But really??? $426???? Better to know than not I guess, but sheeesh!!! I am so in the wrong business!!! I guess the good part is she seems to be feeling much better! :-D
