Today is the 7th day on this dose. Should I increase/decrease or can it stay the same? Just need some guidance =)

You are seeing nadirs in the low 60s on this dose, so I would hold it for now. If his numbers start trending higher, you might want to look at an increase then. He has been in largely normal numbers for the last 4 days. If keeps that up for a week, he earns a reduction!
