Fly free our darling sweet Teddi Bear. There is an enormous hole in our hearts and our lives and we cannot believe we will not hold your sweet, soft, Teddi-Bear self again in this life. But we hold on to the hope that we will see you again at the Rainbow Bridge.

We also send our thoughts and healing vines to Boris, Tableau, Rocket, and others who need them today.

Gracie is doing great. She is nice and flat again anti-jinx and we are asking her to stay that way and not to do the "b" word.

Tobey and Gus both chose to say goodbye to Teddi after I brought her home but Gracie did not. There is a wonderful woman in Tucson who handles all the "arrangements". She told me when her most beloved dog crossed the RB, there was nothing but mass cremation and the city wouldn't allow her to bury him in her yard. So she started her business. She picks up all the beloved babies from all the vets' offices and they never leave her until she returns them to the beans. But we've had to use her three times and she comes straight to our house, with flowers, and a beautiful printout of the Rainbow Bridge. We know Teddi is in her kind, compassionate, and caring hands until she comes back home to us.

Thank you all for your support and caring thoughts during this absolutely most sorrowful time. We will miss our little girl more than we can ever say.

Marje, I almost cannot speak, as I do know how you feel today. Just give Gracie & the others lots of love right now, I am sure they need it too..Wish I could comfort you in some way, but nothing can comfort you right now--Gracie will need you & Mike more now, as you will need her & Tobey & Gus.
Jus want you to know I love you & am feeling your pain.

Hi Marje, so glad Gracie is staying nice and flat. She is looking much like Maggie's cycle! I think that is wonderful of this person to start her own business and making arrangements to pick up the pet and not leave her side. Lots of love and hugs.

I'm glad Gracie is on her best behavior and giving you worry-free numbers right now. She's such a good girl!!

How awesome that there's someone you know taking care of Teddi. You'll know that's she's not getting treated like garbage, but like the precious pet she is. My sister lives up in the mountains and that's where I'll take Champ when it's his time. I'll have him put next to my sister's Akita, who I adored, cuz I know Champ will be safe with Kuma. I'm so sorry you have to go through this. It just never gets easy. I've been particularly annoyingly attentive to Champ today. Every time I walk by him, I have to stoop down to rub my hand down him. I don't think he appreciates getting woken up all the time, but tough diddlies!!! I'll be thinking about you....call anytime you want!!

What a very sad day. Gracie is doing her part to help take your minds off all the grief and loss. She is re-establishing herself as the queen of the household. After today's news, we were so sad for you all. Zener was having a nice, and what we thought was drama-free cycle, and now he is having same late cycle antics of his own. About 3:30 this afternoon I had a tingly sense that I needed to miss my late afternoon meeting and come check on him. It seem liked we were being especially mindful after reading about your loss today. We may not have caught this late cycle drop, so I like to think Teddi is keeping an eye on us now. We send lots of love down the hill to you all.

I think Gabby may have her paws into something tonight, too. And like everyone else, I've been giving my guys extra hugs and attention. You are all in my thoughts.

Dear Marje, Mike, Gracie, Tobey and Gus,

We know that you all are missing your dear Teddi. We are, too. Gracie, Tobey and Gus, you have a big responsibility now to comfort your mama- and papabean. Teddi is looking down from the Bridge and making sure that her love is conveyed through you. Gracie: have a good cycle tonight with no dramatics. Tobey and Gus: continue to get all better from your dentals. Don't worry about Teddi. She is in a good place and is free of pain and illness.

Marje & Mike: your arrangements for Teddi sound so peaceful and respectful. How good it is to have a compassionate person to rely on in a time of sorrow. We hope that this evening will be a time of loving remembrance for you all.

Gracie is just surfing on her own into PMPS. What a good girl and what a great cycle for her!!!

Thank you all.....I just don't know the words to express all that we feel for each of you. It has been a very hard day....we had such hope and optimism after Teddi did so well with the first two chemo treatments and after yesterday.

I hope you will forgive us for not addressing each post individually tonight. We are emotionally exhausted and so very, very, very sad. We just want to give thanks for you all and for LL.

We know there is no place and no people that understand our loss like you all; thank you for sharing in our grief.

Gracie- you're being so good for your beans- such the good princess that you are. I hope you can get some rest tonight. While it doesn't cure everything and it won't make the pain go away, sleep will help. Thoughts and prayers.

Of course you are forgiven for not addressing each post, and there really is no need to ask.It is a very very sad night for you and yours. Gracie is doing her best to keep the focus where it belongs - on her, of course. We hope you get some rest tonight and are sending all our best wishes to Tucson.

Hi All... and hugs to everyone! I a sorry about Teddi - what a sad day for everyone. I hope the memories of you little one will comfort you. It is wonderful to have someone who takes care of the arrangements - what a caring individual. It is nice too that you gave the others a chance to day good bye to Teddi - I have done that in the past when we have lost one of ours. It seems to settle them somehow. Take care, I hope time will ease the sense of loss.

Gracie - you've been a good girl - wonderful cycles, great numbers, and nothing too low.

Thinking of you all and understanding where you are on this night. Please take care and know we are here if you need us and we do not expect you to respond to each of us. Just feel the love surrounding you and know we share in your grief.

Glad Gracie is having such good numbers.
