She did not wake us for food this morning as she usually does. She free feeds and I leave frozen food out at night, but it is typical of her to eat the first gravy part of food and although she does go back for more, she infrequently finishes what is there, even if she wants more food. (of course, in my eagerness to find food that she can and will eat, she often has an array of choices!) Last night she finished the food that was there. Immediately after her BG test she started playing with a cat nip toy! I have not seen her playing with anything in months! SO she seems to feel best when she is on the insulin and it has worn off! (I, too, have an oppositional streak in me  )

Great to hear she is playing and eating well, the whole cat report says alot about how she is doing overall.

Can you get a +2 today to see how low she drops?

+2 BG195 A somewhat smaller drop than yesterday on a somewhat larger dose. I know I have to take a broader perspective---longer time and lots of variables.---and the basic pattern is there.

She seems to be feeling quite well. Is around us and was playful this morning. The only negative is that I saw a little of her mouth symptom today. But I am going to forget about that for now.

my guess is that squamee will eat and self correct if there is any issue. However, I would stress if she sized before hitting expected nadir [and thus would not be able to eat]. Then that would def raise my eyebrows.

Ya, uneasy, If you can stay awake keep testing. You should be ok through +5 because she drops early. You may need to reduce to .5u. .4 doesn't seem to be enough but .6 might be too much for comfort.

+4 89. SO I am still uneasy because I don't know at what hour she goes her lowest. But she is eating, so Gator is probably right and she will self correct.
