Phew, I thought the Trampoline Queen had become Pink Hovercat. Flat is nice but not up there! Papaya is finally coming down today and feeling super - she came out of the bedroom to greet me when I got home, and was feeling so lively she didn't even wait on the hall rug for supper but came out into the kitchen to eat. Then she stomped her way back to the rug to await her shot. Now she's hanging out with me on the couch trying to look relaxed, but her ears are tuned into the clicky sound of the keyboard as I type.

I was not impressed last night - she was sitting at the end of the couch between my ankles while I was icing my knee (which is not too bad now, just stiff and a bit wobbly). I couldn't see her because I had my laptop on my knee, so when I suddenly felt claws on my foot I instinctively jerked my leg out of reach since teeth are usually not far behind. Ow, my knee really didn't appreciate that action! So I'll be keeping my toes far from the pointy bits of Papaya tonight  Wonder if it's going to be a late night? Since I changed the Metamucil to the +1.5 meal she's been flat like I have never seen, but it's been a bit of an all-day slide today so I don't know if I can hope for flattish blues or if she's found her scuba gear again . . . well, at least there's lots of new fall TV to watch if I'm up for a while tonight!

Have a good evening, everyone! Thanks for visiting last night Carla, Lara, Kelly, Mariko and Rachel!

I'm glad Papaya is feeling good tonight. I hope she'll surf safely for you. I'm glad your knee is doing better.

Hi Amy,
Nice PMPS Papaya :-D Keep up the good work and surf safe for Mama so she can get some rest tonight ;-)
Sorry about the knee, be careful where you put your toesies
Have a nice night

Hi Carla, Pam and Rhiannon!

It looks like the blue was just on its way up into a bounce, as Papaya is now flat (again??!) in yellow. But (a) I'd rather have a yellow bounce than a black bounce and (b) flat yellow is better than flat pink/red. And without the dive, maybe tomorrow will be a bit lower. I feel like I'm dealing with a completely different cat here and don't quite know what to expect, but at the same time even if I have to go up a bit more in dose it seems like it will be more the "real" amount she needs, not so obscured by quick changes from high to low and back. It's new territory but I think I like it

Hi Amy!
I am very happy to hear that my your Papaya is feeling great and lively!
I can't figure out why I have such a soft spot for Papaya, but I do!
My heart dances dancing_cat every time I hear about Papaya's good news.

It's great Papaya finds surfing more fun that playing yo-yo. :smile
Fingers and paws crossed for lower flat.

Oh! And I am sorry your knee hurts, Amy.
