Yesterday, or why mid cycle tests can show you a different picture.

9/25 Recap:
AMPS 75  +3 355 ohmygod_smile +7 278
PMPS 153 +3 155 +9 140

I do love those all blue cycles overnight. Just wish I could do something about Neko's need to launch herself up to the other floors during the first part of the AM cycle. It's day 65 of the cartridge, maybe one shot left, so I'll change that out either tonight or tomorrow and see if that makes a difference.

I'm going to be moving Neko's PS time up a bit for this weekend. It's regatta time at our cove and I have to be there on Sunday on what is normally +11.5. Depending on her numbers tomorrow night (after switching to a new cartridge), she may get a slight shave tomorrow night and Sunday morning. Just wish I could trust that she'd do her morning trip up the BG's while I'm gone. Same old, same old Neko today. Brave girl has gotten used to the sound of falling rain again and is spending the day in the cool solarium.

OT: coach has a sense of humour, he's assigned DH and I to race together in a double. We've rowed together before but not raced just the two of us. This morning we got to practice rough water conditions. That's code for - dark, choppy water, raining. Ugh!

No, Neko, not that floor. Your bean wants sunny weather for rowing, not from you. You're tough, Wendy. Speaking of tough, how is DM? :-D

Good luck moving Neko's shot time for the regatta and racing a double with your DH.

Sounds like a challenging weekend ahead. I hope all will work out with Neko's schedule change, new cartridge, rainy weather, etc. You and DH will do great, I'm sure. We have a saying here that if you can paddle the Hatch Brook (fast water, twists and turns, narrow, low-hanging alders on the banks) in a tandem canoe with your spouse and survive all the yelling at each other, you have a good marriage!
Go for it!

Neko, be good during the regatta,

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

It's amazing how many times Neko's +9 is almost the same as her PS before that. Wish I knew if it meant anything. She did go play with her catnip mouse after that +9. Neko got new juice tonight. I don't think the old cartridge had enough in it for a shot.

@Liz, Carla, Ella - The weekend weather is supposed to be sunny - yeah! Now if only it isn't windy too. Last year we had to shorten the course for the singles and doubles due to the almost whitecaps. Cats will be happy to see sun back too. I haven't talked to DM today, but I did yesterday. She's still waiting for the physio to start visiting again but she's good about doing her exercises so seeing improvement.
Ella - have you and Edward done the Hatch Brook? ;-)

Well, I can't see what was between AMPS and PMPS - looks pretty and blue to me! :-D Good Girl Neko!! cat_pet_icon I sure don't envy you rowing in this weather  Got my fingers crossed and Tiger's paws crossed too that it clears up for Sunday! What? You don't want to row with DH?

p.s. That wasn't being Debbie Downer in yesterday's condo-that's perfectly normal response to what the vet said, sending tons of vines that she was wrong and that's not what is going on. Us Helicopter Mom's have to support eachother, that's what the forum is for! :YMHUG: :YMHUG:
