Well there goes that nice blue-green streak we had going...but it still looks like the last few days have been better (without all those nasty lemons) than previously - so each day we move forward a bit. Thankful for that. Luci seems very well, purring and playful...she was waiting in the kitchen for her test this morning. Jumped right up when I called her to the testing towel.:joyful:

I'm taking mom to the dentist this morning so DH will have 'the watch' - that's typically been Luci's adventure to the Lagoon time - and when she goes she's anxious to get there...one of these days we'll get a handle on that diving...

I'm feeling better - thankfully - because I had to work all day yesterday - no afternoon break for me! Always something happening with work - more changes afoot - and hence more work.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day - these Autumn type days are lovely - a little cooler but still bright and breezy too. The Sand Hill cranes visit every day now - they were dancing on the lawn yesterday - I wish I could have gotten a video of that! The deer were in the backyard feasting on our tomato plants - 2 young ones and 3 adults - DH walked out and shooed them away. It's like an invasion here

Glad Luci is staying away from lemon tree and so glad you are feeling much better, yeah working is just aweful, whoever invented it is crazy probably a man lol
Good luck with taking DM to dentist
Your yard sounds amazing!!!

Back to the lagoon Luci! You have lagoon duty and must take it serious!

The deer take bites out of our tomatoes all the time! It is usually a huge one that looks like it was blue ribbon material for the 4H club.

Never saw a sand hill crane that I know of. I’ll look them up.
