Good afternoon LL. DH here. Marje is taking her niece Laura to the airport. We hope everyone is doing well and sending out positive thoughts to those who need them.

Gracie is still in the bounce from her green numbers and dive yesterday. She is coming down nice and slowly today. She is perky and spunky and feeling good. We took her dose down a drop this morning. We're calling it a sk1.25, some small drop between the 1.25 and fat 1. We thought the 1.25 might be a little much for her and causing the dive bounce thing to start again. Also we decided with all we have going on that if we could get her back to the nice flat blue cycles for a few days we would have more time to get in the groove with Teddi.

Speaking of Teddi, she got to come home late yesterday afternoon. She seems to be doing OK, just kind of out of sorts and a little hyper after the hospital stay. She will eat a little bit off our fingers, but we are mostly syringe feeding her. Hoping hoping hoping that given a little time she will get back to feeling like eating on her own. She finally settled down a little and slept today. We really appreciate your kind thoughts and prayers for her. We hope the vet is right and she will respond to the treatment and start feeling better.

Gus and Tobey are doing well. Gus's mouth is getting back to normal and he seems to feel much better. Tobey's left eye (the one he has had viral issues with before) started looking kind os swollen and squinty last night so we started his drops again. The eye looks much better today, and it doesn't seem to be bothering him.

I think thats it from the Tucson Scottish Fold Medical Center. Again, we can't thank you all enough and will never forget your prayers and support over the last few days. What an amazing place this is. :-D :-D

So happy Teddi got to come home last night, and eating a little off your fingertips is a good sign indeed. I hope it only takes a day or so for her to start eating on her own again. Good news about Gus, too, and Tobey, well...he just had to get in on the action didn't he? :lol:

Good luck with the shave on Gracie, I hope it flattens her out so you can concentrate on Teddi. Whataya think Gracie, can you give up the spotlight for a couple of days? :cool:

Thank goodness Laura was there to help Marje with Teddi, so she didn't have to go thru that alone, but I hope that was only a small part of their visit together.

What a beautiful day for Miss Gracie yesterday! Way to go girlie! Looks like she is clearing the bounce nicely as well.

Great to hear that Teddi is home and getting better. I hope she starts eating soon on her own. At least she is home and is much more comfortable than in the hospital.

Good report on the boys as well. All seems to be a bit calmer at your house and that is wonderful.

The magic of LL is amazing. It is hard to fully understand until it is you that needs to help and then it is breathtaking. Hope you have a great evening!

I like this slow decrease much better than the high dive!!! But, come on, Gracie, get onto the first floor, please!!

I'm glad Teddi is home. It can only do her good to be with her peeps. I'm glad she doesn't have to stay away from the rest of her kitty family. That will surely help her feel better!! I'm here day or night so you call me whenever you need me!!

I'm glad Mike is home for a while. The two of you together are a great team. So go kick some lymphoma a$$!!!

I am so happy to hear that Teddi is home with you. I know she has to feel better surrounded by her family and hoping that she will begin to eat on her own very soon. I'm sure Miss Gracie will be coming down a little for you this evening. Thanks for the updates on the rest of the crew and sending healing thoughts to Tobey. Hugs!

i am so glad that Teddi is back home and getting lots of TLC from Mom and Dad. I have found with chemo that there is some inappetance in the few days after treatment. I hope that she will feel better in the next day or two.

I'm not sure if it's "better" to have all of the medical issues hit at once or to have them spread out. You both have certainly had your share over the last week or two. Sending lots of vines and snowflakes for your crew.

I'm so glad to hear Teddi is now home with you guys. I'm sure she's much happier about that, too!

And, of course, Gracie is looking lovely with her slow recovery from the bounce, and awesome news that Gus is feeling better, too.

You really have been through the wringer lately...be sure to take care of yourselves, too!!

Welcome home to sweet Teddi Bear and hope she starts feeling better after her treatments. Nice to hear Gus and Tobey are doing okay, and Gracie is staying nice and flat. I hope Laura got off okay on her flight home. Keeping Teddi in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi Guys,
What an encouraging report! We are very glad that Teddi is home and that she is eating a little. She will surely begin to feel better now that she's home with her family. Tobey, take good care of your eye, and Gus, you take good care of your mouth! And Gracie, you are doing just fine. No dramatics now. The family needs to mend!

We hope that Laura got home OK. How good it was that she was with you when all of this happened. She did a great job!

Hi everyone in our dear LL family!

Gracie is coming down slowly which is good and back to flat so we're continuing to hope she will get back down to her flat blues and then greens. She is such a lovey dove...she's been out on her catio all day. I was afraid she was going to somersault herself right off the condo :lol: :lol:

Teddi is still not eating on her own but she's so good when I syringe feed her. She is acting more normal now....I took a nap and when I got up, she was in the den napping with Mike. Then she came in the office with me while I ordered test strips, etc. She quit sucking down tons of water and has started to act like she trusts us again. I have an appt with the oncologist on Thursday to go over her treatment plan and then she goes back next Monday.

Anne: thank you so much for visiting here and on the condo for Teddi. I think Gracie is not used to NOT being the center of our world :lol: :lol: Yes...it was great to have Laura here but I felt horrible that she didn't get to lay by the pool. I kept telling her to stay here and relax but she wanted to hang with me. I do know she got lots of sleep which she needed....single mom of two young boys....she never gets a break.

Melissa: Things are a bit calmer and the magic and miracle of LL is incredible. If only all the people in the world could be as kind, compassionate, and caring as this group.

Patty: I like it, too. Now...just a level or so lower. I think Teddi is much happier to be at home and to have full run of the house now. Thanks..you know I will (call).

Georgia: I hope so, too....I've always thought the hardest thing is when they won't eat. I hope Simon and Cleo are doing well.

Linda: I'm so glad to know that about the inappetance. I did join the Feline Lymphoma Group on yahoo but, right now, I'm not sure I can take the loss and how sick some of the kitties are. It takes away my hope instead of giving me some. This group will be great for my spirits and we are 150% blessed to have the oncologist that we do....she is tops.

Sienne: You are so right about the medical issues!! Thank you for the healing vines and snowflakes. I have missed everyone in LL and esp news of the kitties.

Amy: We took a long nap this afternoon. I definitely feel better....I was to the point of collapse I think!

Claudia: it's so sweet of you to post in our condo when you have so much going on; we always keep Rocket in our prayers, too....and of course, you!!

Ann: Thank you for your prayers. Yes...I got Laura off and she should be home soon.

Ella: It was great that Laura was here. She was AMAZED at LL!!! She could not believe all the incredible wishes and prayers and the kindness and closeness of everyone. AND she learned ALOT about FD. She's very smart!

Boy this nice slow slide for Gracie is beautiful. Nice and slow and blue now Gracie, you have to share the beans w/ Teddi for awhile. I'm so glad everyone is feeling better, TSFMC is right! :lol:

We are so glad to read that Teddi is home with his beans. It must be so stressful to not feel good and be away from all that is familiar. You are so fortunate to have vets and specialists who you trust! And it was very nice of Madame Gracie to share the spotlight for a short time. I hope the next time there is spotlight sharing it's not for a medical issue! We are sending heaps of positive energy down the hill to Tucson to all of you and in a few weeks we may be able to send real snowflakes. :YMHUG:

Hope that Laura is home safe and sound by now and that Miss Gracie is leaving the dramatic flair to yesterday! Fingers and paws crossed for a good oncologist visit this week!! Continued healing thoughts and prayers. ((hugs))

So glad Teddi is home. Healing is much easier at home surrounded by love and what is familiar.
