Yesterday's Condo

No antics from the kitties this morning but Gabby had a lovely surf in blue numbers throughout the night. Treats were had by all this morning and now everyone is relaxing after all of that hard work of eating breakfast and treats.

I just got a note from my sister. It's quite possible that Shiwa may be coming home today! He's not completely out of the woods but he is able to walk around and seems stronger. They are going to see if he's interested in deli turkey (cause he's not been interested in the food he's been offered). The good news is that as long as his hematocrit is stable, he would be able to go home.

Hi Sienne. Nice to see Gabby to so well. Fantastic news on Shiwa. Fingers crossed she is able to come home today. We have your sister and Shiwa in our Prayers.

My sister decided to let Shiwa spend another night at Angell. He's still not really eating and she'd like to know that he will get food down. They're going to start mirtazepine, give more squids, etc. The plan is that Dr. B and the oncologist will be meeting to do some treatment planning, they will get full labs in the AM especially since his hematocrit is down a bit, and discharge him tomorrow afternoon providing all is stable.

I'm glad to hear that Shiwa is walking around and stronger. I am sending eating vines to Shiwa.
