For the first time ever I think his low start is due to not eating as much as usual yesterday and last night. I held the Pepcid and didn't give ondansetron only because of the constipation but if he doesn't seem better I'll add it today or tonight. I was told potassium can be hard on the tummy and putting in a spoonful of baby food wasn't enough food. So I'll try splitting it between four mini meals, each cycle. He ate his Gerbers so far, drank a lot of water before, and did eat tge spoonful of food I fave him early morning but not sure when. I hope I was right to shoot. :banghead::eek:

DM cheered up and came to life when my nephew and DDIL stopped by with the baby. I can't believe she's 9 months already!

After they left DM again felt miserable. Heartbreaking to say the least. Both my patients can use prayers and vines. I'm sending them to all in need.

I'm so glad your mom enjoyed a nice uplifting visit even if it was for a short time. You watch Max enough to intervene so sure it was fine to shoot. Sending truck load of vines and prayers for little Max and your mom always Elise. Lots of :bighug::bighug::bighug: for you.

He ate Gerbers, some wellness, and a little Neo and shot up but still normal. I was just worried he might not eat and it was my only concern after I fave him his insulin. Now that his kidney numbers are s high I worry his appy will suffer. I'm spreading out tge vitamins and potassium in case that's why. I can't have him run low with my mom so sick.

Hi there, sending tons of healing heart vines :bighug::bighug::bighug: to you and your mom, the ups and downs are so hard in that situation. I am really glad she had some really pleasant moments with their visit. :bighug::bighug:
Healing vines and prayers going out to Max too..hoping he has a safe numbers day...hoping you manage to grab some rest for yourself too:bighug::bighug:
Big hugs going your way

Max was on my bed when I left and in the same spot when I returned. He didn't eat what I left him. He ate his Gerbers and I decided to give him some ondansetron. No poop today again. I guess I jinxed him by saying he was eating well despite his high numbers. When be its pancreatitis and he will respond to tge ondansetron I hope.

Thanks for the prayers. Really needed.
