I saved strips last night because I knew he would be high due to the dog food. Probably not the best time to test, but I gave the kitties Cowboy Cookout this morning, and the +1 test was significantly lower so at least I know it didn't cause a huge spike. My piggie civvie (Pita) wouldn't touch the new food, that was a big surprise! The other two LOVED it, my picky civvie almost cleaned the bowl....unheard of! I'm trying some of the higher quality foods so I can supplement their diet, but I need to figure out which ones work with Tinkles since he seems to be carb sensitive to some foods. Even though they are supposed to be LC, FF gives him a BIG food spike, so I am cautious about new foods.

WCR: Tinkles seems fine, the higher numbers never seem to affect him too much. I expect he will continue to come down through this cycle. He licked the bowl absolutely spotless this morning, not a morsel to be found. He is a messy eater, I always have to clean up the floor after he's done eating, but not yesterday or today! Four P's in place, no playing today yet.

Busy day today, I hope Tinkles doesn't decide to dive and derail my plans! Happy Friday everybody!

Those were some beautiful mid cycle numbers today. And if 318 is from dog food, that isn't bad at all. Unfortunately, Blackie doesn't have that excuse - the dogs never leave even a scrap of food in their bowls.

I had to leave at +6 today and left frozen cubes down, maybe Tinkles went lower later in the cycle....this looks like a bounce. I know it's not dog food this time! :razz:
