9U ended up being Tennie's breakthrough dose. He has hovered around there for the past few months. I guess I'm pretty lucky that such a relatively low dose, for an acro kitty, is working (for now).
Maybe someone with more experience will chime in. But if Hyde needs more, she needs more. As long as you are there to test and have the necessary supplies, then do what you think is best.

I'm with Andrea. You do want to keep ahead of the numbers. Although that 127 a couple night's ago showed some action on this dose, looks like you're back up again. Polly leveled out a bit at 10.5 and even earned a reduction down to 10 before we had the SRT. 'Til then we were just working to keep ahead of the high numbers. Doesn't look like you've hit the breakthrough dose yet.
