Thanks, Y'all! She just had her epidural...an hour 'til Hershey's shot time, guess he'll be late...hopefully not too late, but there's a lot of other things going on right now. We were supposed to get a call before they left home, giving us an hour's notice. Instead, they called FROM the hospital, leaving me frantically doing the last minute things. Froze FF to leave in the auto-feeders and FORGOT to leave it out - arrgghh! Hope the kitties are forgiving!

Hope to have more news soon!
 
You, Ginnie, Hershey and the new baby are in our thoughts. Paws, fingers, and toes crossed here. Surf safely Hershey!

I hope the pushing part is over by now (my only child took 44 hours to arrive, and thank God I wasn't doing the pushing!) and that newborn photos are the next update!

How exciting!!!! I hope Ginnie is doing well as we anxiously await to hear about the new bundle of joy!

Beautiful baby boy born 9/25 @ 12:50pm. DSIL took ill last night, so his mom went and stayed at his house with him. I went and stayed at the hospital with Ginnie and baby Sammy.

After only getting :30 sleep the first night and roughly 4 hours last night (certainly not together - I was at the hospital, after all ;-) ), I am BEAT! Just got home. Thanks, Everyone, for all of the well wishes! In all of the excitement, Doug forgot to post an update and I didn't have the computer at the hospital.

Tomorrow, I'll upload my photos and post one here. Wish I had it in me to do it tonight...

Hershey's numbers are YUCKY, but tomorrow's a new day :-D
 
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS to Ginnie, little Sammy and the rest of your family!!!! Hope you get a little rest and snuggles from kitty bitties! Blessings to all!!!!!
 
Thank you for the update Libby! Like everyone else here, with no updates for quite a while, I was doing a lot of nailbite_smile nailbite_smile nailbite_smile .

Congrats to grandma and grandpa! And of course to Ginnie and her hubby (hope he feels better). And welcome to the world Sammy!

Congrats on the new little addition to the family! Yeah for Hershey and yucky numbers, that means you get to sleep! Well earned too.

What wonderful news! Grand babies are the best inventions EVER!
