Chris managed to stay blue this morning despite an early rise last night. Yay Chris!!

We are past our initial 7 days on Lantus. Since he is managing to pull some pretty good nadirs in most cycles we are thinking we just keep watching this dose a little bit longer, at least until we are past Thurs when I am out of the house for a significant amount of time and can't watch him. Any opinions? We did start him a bit lower than his weight would calculate out at because he was getting some good drops on the Vetsulin, I wanted to give him a little bit smaller start. He's 17.25bs.

I don't know how others feel but I agree with you Melanie - I'd watch this dose for a bit longer. He's workin' dat au juis well during the cycle!

My boy is looking good today. Now lets try to surf the waves instead of the skies for the last part of this cycle, k boy? Foster mom would love to be closer to 100 than 200 on a preshot!
