Good morning all,
A beautiful, cooler day in NYC. Rusty had a good night, ate all his nighttime food, had a good test (blue today, maybe some green before we have the trip home?), good shot, gobbled his breakfast of Wellness turkey, and has settled down to listen to the 24-hour John Coltrane birthday celebration on WKCR (the best jazz station in the world).
The beans will go for a walk this morning and then this afternoon to the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), to see Philip Glass' opera, "Einstein on the Beach".
The composer and his ensemble are performing. BAM is a venue for the avantgarde, and this performance is part of BAM's Next Wave Festival (even though "Einstein on the Beach" is no longer "new").
Wishing you all a good day, and sending h ealing vines to all kitties and beans who can use some,
Ella & Rusty
Hey kitties, waddya say to a cruise around Manhattan Island on the Circle Liner? Then we can stop off at the South St. Seaport and eat fish, see the old sailing ships, etc.
