WCR: seemed to have surfed through the night. We went to bed a half hour early and got up at her normal +4.5 and set the alarm for her normal +6 feeding at which point we were going to test. But nope. Set the alarm, but it didn't do much good when it was turned on :YMSIGH: Woke up in a panic at +8 and tested her. Found her sitting in low blue at 112 but fed her anyways cause I felt so bad for her missing her meal. Got back up at her normal +9 feeding time and fed her again. Found her sitting in blue at 159 this morning. Not sure which way she will go today. I will be in the kitchen baking my parents anniversary cake all day which means most likely mocha will be passed out in her recliner!

I'm feeding her MC right now at +4 instead of LC. I don't know if it's the right thing to feed her or not. I'd like to see her surf on her own with LC, but don't want her dropping to fast, hence the MC.

Ella, I won the cake contest and my goodies I picked out with my GC I won will be here today! Perfect timing since I have that cake to do this weekend.

Mocha and I would love to send along a cake for the party, but we aren't sure what's appropriate?

Looks like Mocha thinks you are paying too much attention to something other than her. You are going to be a pretty good juggler by the end of the day. I'd test again in an hour to see where she is going and what you feed at this point depends on how carb sensitive she is.

Congratulations on the cake contest! I was wondering too!

Ok so she dropped just a little, or that's a little meter variance. Should I do more MC? I don't want her to drop so low I can't get her back up, but I hate to force her to go up as well ..

then try a little lc and retest in 30 minutes to see what kind of effect it had...

great numbers for mocha today!!! hope she enjoys her nap on the recliner while you bake! I wish i was at home baking....sounds like sooooo much fun....better than working that's for sure! ;-)

Can you believe that I honestly don't remember if I fed her at +6? I got to many things going on in the house right now .. at any rate she has brought herself back up to a better level so that is good. I have to go to town so she's on her own ... she seems happy enough with that as she is currently passed out in her basket ...
