and where is that bean who used to put in a movie & watch during a nighttime poke fest...
then armed with coffee...was ready for the next day?? :lol:

Happy friday to y'all! it's a gorgeous sunny day in the NW...
hope everyone is experiencing the kind of weather they love.

The Brat Prince has already logged about 24 miles in prowling the house today
(that's just a rough estimate...he doesn't have a purr-dometer)
all 5 p's already...

When i opened my eyes to see his smiling lil face above mine at +11...
for a moment, i could SWEAR it was Kitten Binks looking back at me.
So heartwarming to see them feeling well and acting younger!
And especially nice to note that the claw he had excised this summer is finally growing back in & nicely shaped!
That's very important...as it is the claw he uses to flip me off when he feels so inclined :lol:

and i think i've posted this before...but it's so cute i thought it was worth sharing again..

Last night, i forgot to roll up the window on the zoom zoom when I got home...
and this morning i when i went out...Miss Annie was curled up on the driver's seat artfully arranging her catch of the day..
not one, but TWO dead mice :shock:
They did kind of accented the slate blue upholstery...but EEWWW!

Hi guys .. ok, purr-dometer brought a huge grin to my face .. how cute is that! This is a nice way to start the day, low blues can easily lead into nice greens .. sorry to hear about the "incident" in the car but at least it was artfully arranged :lol: Have a great weekend guys!

binks keeps the 'ghini in the hall closet.

(actually, he really does have a little remote control Lamborghini...but he hates it.
It honks every time it reaches a certain speed, and that scares him so he won't chase it anymore.

He does, however, totally dig his remote control Skateboarding Tyrannosarus Rex.
he can rear up on his haunches and snag it with his Manxie Bear Hug maneuver :lol: )

Hi Celi and Binksy, thanks for the cute pic of the Manx in my condo. Maggie says just wait til her silly Bean gets a camera! Thanks for the entertaining condo. Nice blues today and flat, so that means next are some greens, get ready! Sorry about the car thing. :lol:

Your condo is always fun to read and such a nice blue day so far. Morgaine is doin some surfin with Binks today.

As for the catch of the day....ewwwww is right. My girl has not ever stepped outside the house and it shows. My cousin and I decided she could be the cat model for Lane Bryant. Such a lovely, large sized girl but that was before the 6 pound weight loss.

Hope you and the crew are having a great day! Still too hot in the desert SW but winter is around the corner.

Binks sounds like such a character!! I'd pay money to see the Manxie Bear Hugh Maneuver!! Champ's with him on the toys that make noise. I had bought Champ a wand toy that had a long ribbon with a bird attached. When the bird moved, it chirped. Champ, being the awesome man-cat that he is, ran in the opposite direction!!!!

I sure hope Annie has her favorite flavor of Listerine to get rid of that mouse breath!!!

Ann, is Tessie's fountain ceramic? Binks has 4...one slate, one river rock, a copper one i won't let him use...and then a ceramic one.
When i set up the ceramic one, i accidentally set the pump too high, and he was hovering over it when the water kicked in and got
sprayed in the face. :o Never went near it again...but i noticed Homie (GA) didnt like the sound it made...

this will be where I am forced to REALLY learn how to manipulate him with carbs... :-D

last go-round he made it easy for me, and led us to the Falls.

this time i believe i'm going to have to work as hard as so many of you do... :shock:
uh oh for the Cakewalk Queen!

fed him MC 7% at +1,
broke out the HC gravy at +2
hoping to slow him down and get him to surf.

no reductions yet, Binks!

celi, how about getting a +2.5 to see if you've managed to slow him down.
he usually reaches nadir relatively early so it *shouldn't be* much of a fight to keep him above 50.

i had to test alex and feed the furries, but thought i'd check in one last time before heading to bed.
happy to see he hasn't dropped any more. glad you'll be watching from the beach. i'll be on the beach watching alex, too. although, i think i may bring a sleeping bag and nap for awhile. she was 69 @+6.5 and doesn't usually reach nadir til around +12 or later.

i'll catch up to you in the morning...
