Where did my weekend go?!?! @-) @-) (oh yeah, writing a poopy paper :roll: ) I want my weekend back!!!!

WCR: All Ps in place. Snuggles last night and snuggles this morning and just as I began writing her condo...she decided that the lap belonged to her! Laptop has been relocated off to the side. Sassy cat. Had a fun time playing last night with her pink tent...got lots of hisses and lots of pounces! Also, Shasta helped my alarm clock this morning. I guess she didn't feel it was doing a good enough job, so she brought in the big guns...wet nose & iPhone/otter box chewing. :roll: :lol: Such a silly, snotty cat!!! Wishing everyone a nice Monday.

I have wasted away my morning/early afternoon looking at new hairstyles... nailbite_smile Cutting off 10 inches on Tuesday for Locks of Love.

I think this may have been where your weekend went. What a wonderful kindness you're doing for others. o

Sorry about your poopy paper. We have to do our self-evals in January each year. It's something I dread....mostly because what we write goes into a giant file cabinet and results in no changes by admin. :YMSIGH:

Thanks ladies for checking in on us today. Well, where to start about today...got to school - no AC (AGAIN!); poopy paper is mostly coming together; horrible rain storms late today/early evening - had to dodge lightning to go feed horses (not as dramatic as I'm making it, but still...one of those days); Shasta barely ate anything today while I was at school and no poopy (she must be confused by my recent talk of poopy papers!); I feel sick and feel quite certain it has everything to do with the heat this morning from no AC (dehydration is what I'm guessing, but I swear I've been drinking lots of water today...maybe it was the one beer at dinner?!) ;-)

Shelly, I wish our eval papers went into a filing cabinet and were never seen nor heard from again. Instead, they are graded and the score is added into our overall evaluation grade, along with our students' standardized test scores, our "learning communities" individual scores per person, and a bunch of other crazy crap. It's so disheartening. I hate feeling this way, but I don't know how much longer I can take working in this "environment". I love my school. I have a great faculty and administration and I love my kids, but the morons at the district/state/national level are KILLING education and my spirit. :cry: end rant. I'm going to go snuggle with Shasta now to make myself feel better. :smile:

Tomorrow's the big day with the hair cut. I'm so ready for it. Last night, I tried to roll over, but caught myself on my hair. :roll: and then today with no AC...I wanted to shave my head right then and there!!! :shock: :lol: (did I mention that I'm feeling a bit dramatic today?!) Toe is feeling better. I keep icing it for some reason, but I feel like it's helping. :? Ok, off to sleep. Sweet dreams my friends.
