Good Morning, L&LL,

Missed yesterday on the board because we were out on a paddle all day and in the evening were tired and depressed after watching the Ken Burn's Viet Nam series. The same mistakes are being made now as then.

Rusty "saved" his fuds again yesterday. He had a good early morning, however: playing with the cap from the toilet bolt, waking up his beans with head butts, and then zooming around, sliding on the rugs. He is definitely feeling better and his breathing is getting better, too.

This afternoon our group is celebrating the Autumn Equinox, which occurs here at 4:02 P.M., with a swim, a pot-luck party, and, later, a bonfire. The weather, unbelievably, is summer-like. This string of warm, sunny weather continues. It is weird. This morning I had to get out the fan again.

Wishing all a good day. Got to go make a chili for the party.

Happy Autumn! So glad to hear Rusty is feeling better...vines continue from us!! Enjoy the celebration tonight. Yep, nice-n-summery here, too - hitting the 90s this weekend :cat::cat::cat:...I will take and savor every second of it!!

This must be one massive heat wave - it was 95 in Chicago today and pretty much the same until Wednesdsay
I too have been riveted by the Vietnam series and having the same reaction as you -
 
Interesting numbers today. Rusty ate some of his dinner while we were at the party and then finished it later, when we all sat on the couch and watched tv.
