Happy Thursday everyone.

Heading out of town tomorrow right after her morning shot and will be back after her pm shot on sunday. The pet sitter looking after her is staying at my place and giving her insulin but is unable to test her. Should she continue to give Nellie 3.5 or take her to 3.25 just for friday-sunday?

Only reason I'm a little hesitant about 3.5 is because she got to 59 the other day. but she's made good progress after those weird 200's so I don't want to lost momentum.

I’d take her down to 3.25 because she has gotten down to 59 and there won’t be any testing. I see in your notes there are times she’s not interested in her food as well. You would know signs she might need higher carbs but the sitter won’t. It’s just a couple of days.
