    Owen is at 186 at +5. Hoping his pancreas hasn’t taken a hit from all these bounces. Some nice blues sound fine to me!

    Don’t worry about the bounces right now. What matters is the nadirs being blue as much as possible and then staying in more normal numbers fir longer and longer periods of time. That was a nice nadir.

    229 at plus 2- this will be our last test for the pm
    cycle but hoping Owen has another good nadir overnight.
