Again, not much to report this morning. Cobb is doing well. His AMPS may be a little food influenced. Matt gave him some higher carb food around 4 am because we didn't make it to the store yesterday. But it doesn't look like it brought it up too much. He was at 71 when he fed, so we may be on the edge of another reduction. We'll see!

Hope you are all having a great weekend! Healing vines to every in who needs them.

i really like looking at cobb's spreadsheet. :-D

if you want him back in green, you might try going back up to 17u. but he's looking super in low blues, too. just depends on what you want.

I just can't imagine giving 17 units of insulin - wow! But those numbers sure look good on Sir Cobb!

Yard dance Suzanne!

beautiful numbers Cobb. Have a great day cobb & bean.

Re: 9/21 Cobb AMPS 101 +3 129 +5 111

Keep it blue and green Cobb please!

I don't see the 71 on the SS yet, but given he got that last night, and you are away overnight next Thursday, I'd stick to this dose as long as yellow doesn't become a regular visitor. Unless he tells you this dose is too much. ;-)

@Lyressa - Suzanne was giving 31U, 16U looks pretty good to me. :-D

Hi Suzanne!

I know I don't post to your condo much lately, but I do read it often and it just amazes me how much better Cobb's spreadsheet looks on the Levemir....and I do remember he was on 31 units of Lantus so keeping such great numbers at half the dose is wonderful!

You've been such a great mamabean to Cobb and your devotion to him is mind-boggling at times...especially since you've dealt with a newborn (now verging on toddler-hood!) and a new job! Don't want to forget learning how to use R effectively and safely too!

Just want to remind you what an amazing bean you are and add a virtual "pat on the back" for going the extra mile (heck, seems like a lot longer than that at times...more like a 5K.....LOL)

Cobb, Matt and Matty are very lucky to have you

Chris, thank yo! That means a lot!

So Cobb was a little higher than he has been tonight. But he did get a few higher carb meals until we could by to the grocery store today. He is now eating what he should be eating. If he doesn't head back down tomorrow I'll bump him back up. Hey...falling so fast in a week dose-wise, I can't complain if he needs a little boost!
