Thank you everyone for all your kind words and wonderful support! It has meant so much to me and of course Boris! :-D

Here's a recap of the nite:

PMPS= 249 - dosed with 0.75u

+2=226
+4=143
+5=166
AMPS=176 - dosed with 0.75u

Does that all sound ok? I was maybe only going to get a +7 and +9 today to see what he does = haven't seemed to get that during the day. I go back to work tomorrow so there won't be much extra gotten then.

any other suggestions? anything else I should be doing?

Niiiice!!! Nice gentle curve for your big boy.

So... kind of weird to draw doses under 10 units, isn't it? ;-)

lol Carolynn - didn't know those markings under 10 were really used - hee hee hee - thought they were there to just count up to 10 or more :lol:
I need a magnifying glass - even with my glasses :shock:

Hi Patti. Sorry I'm so late in welcoming you and Boris to LL. He looks like he's doing really well. Looks like the Pred likes to send his numbers up. Tori is on Pred daily now for her lymphoma. I give it at night so she stays high over night and has better numbers during the day. That way I don't have to worry about her while I'm at work if Daniel isn't home.

How are all your other beautiful kitties and doggies doing? I really enjoyed meeting them all last year and you and Joe of course.

Oh helloooo Barb. Thanks for that great idea about the pred. I wondered if that is what affected Boris yesterday. I figured I note what days he got it. But I sure like the idea of giving it at nite and then no worries about lows then!

We are doing better now. Have had alot go on this year but things seem to be settling down abit. I will come visit you here!!! :razz: I loved meeting you last year!

I was told the other day that I could probably shoot 130's - "the lower you shoot the flatter the curve will be. If the cat really needs a reduction, then they'll drop below 50 to let you know."
I know usually with me being on the west coast many of you are already in bed! :smile: So I went ahead and gave 0.75units. My husband will be able to check @ +2 and +4 and if we need to - more often. And I will be up for work for +8. I hope I've done right. As usual - I am always open for being critiqued - any ideas - or a better plan?????
 
Patti, you're doing absolutely great with this guy - fantastic numbers - keep up the good work. I had to laugh at Carolynn's post - must be hard for you to see .75 U, eh? Wait 'til he hits 30 on that and you have to go down to .25 or so. Magnifying glass needed...

Keep up the good work - am so anxious to meet Boris soon.
