Welp, thought we had a bounce break into greens going, but no. I most likely made a mistake holding this dose (please chime in and let me know if you think so). I am holding out hope that she can still work it. It may just be wishful thinking, but 5 units has been too much (2 times) and that 42 on the 4.75 units was quite the statement. But she's not spending enough time in the blues and greens. It is a little frustrating.
A related question: would holding the 5 units past 3 <50's ever make sense? I don't like that idea because it means less sleep for me, but I also am pretty confident in keeping her safe these days when she hits the 40-50 range. I still don't think I want to push her into the <40 range, meaning I would still feed her MC or HC if she goes below 50. I know it is important to keep her in the greens and blues and she only seems to stay longer there when she is slightly over-dosed. I may also be overthinking this as dosage needs change pretty quickly. Anyway, appreciate the thoughts.
