Morning LL! Moonie is sleepy today & has eaten a few times--Sure she started to drop here--OK I gave her some Temptations to keep her up--She is just here now eating again--I am feeding her lots, as I am trying to keep her weight up till meds come hopefully today!--Got on the Hyper T group & found an old FD friend there...Glad I found it.. Thank you all & Ella for your input!!

Things are bad for DH's father with bone ca & has fallen many times this week--I have been in touch with va to help him at home--Cant I have a week without Drama??

Off to TBP & I have to be on time--That isnt my best attribute-always 5-10 min late for everywhere so...got a little speech from shop owner--Yes I am self employed, but I could get miore biz if I was there earlier..
A girl only has so much resolve!!!

Hi guys .. looking good in green moonie, but don't drop much lower if your beanz has to work today! I'm sorry to hear about your DH's DF .. that must be very hard on all of you .. and yes, you certainly deserve a week or MORE without drama! Have a great day!

Got the transdermal gel--Hope Moonie will take to it with no complications--It already says to put gel in alternate ears--I am afraid to put it in the ear I test !! They are open wounds kind of?
May just use her other ear--Hyper t group said I should break up the gel dose into 2 times a day to get better response & it will be a more consistent level--
Oh I know she hates me to touch that ear,,oh well here comes struggles again!!
Says many side effects..I will be watching her very closely-- :shock:
Otherwise she is fine eating lots..Hope this works--Say prayers that this will be tolerated by the Moonster!!

I'm glad that the transdermal came and am sending good thoughts that it will work for you and that Moonie will tolerate it. Also glad that the Hyper-T support group is working out for you.
What a nice day of numbers for Moonie: not too high, not too low. Purrfect!

So sorry to hear about your father-in-law. I hope that the VA will make a difference for him. Sending him some healing vines.

I like the story about the owner of the store suggesting that you could make more $ if you got there on time!! :lol:

Glad you got Moonie's medicine today. Hope she takes to the gel well. I will pray for your DFIL. Hope the VA can help him.

Mario is on a strict 12/12 schedule with his transdermal tap, just like Trix and her insulin. I really haven't noticed any side effects with him, but given his age and other health issues, it can be hard to tell. Overall, he seems great to me, though, so hopefully it'll be the same for Miss Moonie, too! You do want to clean her ears fairly frequently, too, as the "ear goo" (as we affectionately call it here) does build up, and when there's build up, it blocks absorption.

Also...our vet does like to test Mario's blood when he's at "+6", so you may want to keep that idea in mind when you take Moonie in for checks.

I hear ya on the "being late" thing. It is SUCH a struggle for me to be on time for anything. I never used to be like this...I don't know what happened.

Thanks Dear friends for all your posts--Meds Came at 7pm, the exact minute that UPS closed!! I was very very upset as I thought it wasnt coming & another day would go by without it!! I called & screamed at vet pharmacy for being so lax!! Oh well another irrational customer!
I was worried all day as I also paid $10 more for delivery by air!
So you can imagine how I felt, but then low & behold the brown truck pulled up!!!!!last delivery on the route!!!

I was so shaken I never got to post to anyone so Please forgive me--I will make it up tomorrow..
I guess I am more shaken by this then I imagined--Just want my baby to feel good & get some weight on her-
And Moonie------What's with the 216????? Fur shot? Bounce? again I am wondering--
